Աբսուրդը կայանում է նրանում, որ պետության տարեկան բյուջեն 50%-ից ավելի` մինչեւ 80% թերակատարած կառավարությունը շարունակում է մնալ պետության ղեկին, չնայած մյուս կողմից էլ պատերազմ պարտվել ու վերընտրվելու աբսուրդն էլ ավելի անտրամաբանական է։
 
Այսինքն, ստացվում է, եթե ինչ-որ տեղ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների մի մասն այս իշխանության պատերազմ պարտվելը կարողանում էր արդարացնել` նախկինների մեղքով պայմանավորելով, հիմա այլեւս ոչ մի պատճառաբանություն չի կարող աշխատել, քանի որ բոլոր «խոստումներում» գրանցվել են համատարած ձախողումներ` սկսած կրթությունից մինչև ջրամբարաշինություն, որն ի դեպ, Հայաստանում հենց այս պահին ռիսկային գործոն է.
