«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման անդամները որոշակի ինտրիգ են պահպանում

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնած «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումն ակտիվորեն ծավալվում է, լուրջ աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում։ Թեև Արշակ Կարապետյանը դեռևս չի վերադարձել Հայաստան, սակայն նրա համախոհ Գևորգ Գևորգյանը հայտարարել է, որ Կարապետյանն անպայման վերադառնալու է, իսկ այս պահին արտերկրում ակտիվ աշխատանքներ է տանում իր նախաձեռնած շարժումը կյանքի կոչելու համար։

Հոկտեմբերի սկզբին, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարի աղմկահարույց հայտարարությունից հետո, Գևորգյանը նշեց, թե իր «Ազգային ճակատ»-ով միանում են նոր ստեղծվող շարժմանը և ամեն ինչ անելու են գործող իշխանություններին հեռացնելու համար։ Շարժումն, ընդ որում, բավականին լուրջ գործ է իրականացրել, գրասենյակներ է բացել որոշ մարզերում, նաև կենտրոնական գրասենյակ Երևանի Հյուսիսային պողոտայում։

Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների՝ գրասենյակներ են բացվում նաև Եվրոպայում, Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների հայաշատ բնակավայրերում։ Կարապետյանը խոստացել է մեծ շնորհանդեսով ներկայացնել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ ստեղծվող նոր, լայն շարժման գործունեության ուղիները և պատասխանել հանրությանը հետաքրքրող հարցերին։

Բնականաբար, ընդդիմադիր նոր շարժում ստեղծելը, հատկապես այս պայմաններում, չափազանց բարդ և աշխատատար պրոցես է, առավել ևս, որ դաշտում առկա ընդդիմադիր և փսևդո ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերն այնքան էլ հակված չեն նոր ազդեցիկ, երբեմն էլ իրենցից ավելի հզոր քաղաքական միավորին աջակցելուն։ Ընդհակառակը, փորձում և փորձելու են թիկունքից հարվածել։ Այս առումով հատկապես ակտիվ են լինելու գործող իշխանությունների հետ ծածուկ գործարքների մեջ գտնվող քաղաքական կեղծ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը։

Քաղաքական նոր շարժումն առաջին հերթին դրել է միասնականության և համախմբման խնդիր, իսկ գաղափարական բուն ուղղվածությունն ու մյուս կարևորագույն հարցերը կներկայացվեն առաջիկայում։

Շարժման անդամները որոշակի ինտրիգ են պահպանում տարբեր հարցերում, ինչը ևս սրել է հանրային լայն լսարանի հետաքրքրությունը։ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման ղեկավար Արշակ Կարապետյանն ինքը, թե՛ իր տեսաուղերձում, և թե՛ ավելի ուշ տված հարցազրույցում ընդգծել է, որ ինքը հայամետ է և մեծ կապեր ունի ինչպես ՌԴ-ում, այնպես էլ ԱՄՆ-ում և Եվրոպական երկրներում, բայց գտնում է, որ հաշվի առնելով պատմությունը և աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողությունները, Հայաստանի հիմնկան գործընկերը շարունակում է մնալ Ռուսաստանը։

Հիշեցնենք՝ 2016 թվականին գլխավոր շտաբի հետախուզության վարչության պետի պաշտոնից ազատվելուց հետո Արշակ Կարապետյանն առնվազն մինչև 2018 թվականը եղել է Մոսկվայում Հայաստանի դեսպանության ռազմական կցորդը և հսկայական կապեր ունի ռուսական, թե՛ քաղաքական, և թե՛ ռազմական շրջանակներում։ Ի դեպ, ինչպես նշել էինք, Արշակ Կարապետյանի կապերը չեն սահմանափակվում միայն Ռուսաստանով, ընդ որում, եթե ՀՀ ղեկավարը լիներ Արշակ Կարապետյանի նման փորձառություն ունեցող որևէ գործիչ, այս վիճակում չէին լինի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները և հնարավոր կլիներ կանխել Արցախի կորուստը։
