Քննիչ հանձնաժողովի «քեֆը տեղն է». ի՞նչ է պատմելու Սամվել Բաբայանը

Ազգային ժողովում 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովը նոյեմբերի 29-ին «հարցաքննելու» է պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանին։

Հիշեցնենք՝ Բաբայանը պատերազմի ընթացքում զբաղեցրել է Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնը։ Ազգային ժողովում քննիչ հանձնաժողով ստեղծելուց հետո տեղեկություններ տարածվեցին, որ Բաբայանն ինքը համաձայնվել է ներկայացված լինել հանձնաժողովում, սակայն որոշ ժամանակ հետո, նա ինքն ընդհանրապես հրաժարվեց, իսկ այժմ էլ ներակայանալու է հանձնաժողովին, որպեսզի հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունը հնարավորինս ավելի մոտ լինի գործող իշխանությունների քիմքին։

Օրերս էլ հանձնաժողովում դռնփակ նիստում հարցաքննվել է Արցախի նախագահ  Սամվել Շահրամանյանը։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ Շահրամանյանը բազմաթիվ հարցերի է պատասխանել, այդ թվում հանձնաժողովի իրավասություններին չվերաբերող, ընդ որում ամենևին չի թաքցրել իր բարեհաճ վերաբերմունքը գործող իշխանությունների հանդեպ։ Ի դեպ նրա հայտարարություններից հետո Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը հնարավորություն ունեցավ ընդդիմությանը մեղադրանքներ հասցեագրելու։ Եվ չի բացառվում, որ Շահրամանյանի հայտարարություններից հետո, արցախցի մի քանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների ընդհուպ ձերբակալեն և տարբեր մեղադրանքներ առաջադրեն։

Ըստ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի՝ Շահրամանյանը հայտարարել է, թե Արցախից տեղափոխվելուց հետո հանդիպել է Հայաստանի 3 նախկին նախագահների հետ, սակայն նրանցից որևէ մեկն իրեն աջակցություն չի խոստացել, ուստի և իր անվտանգությունն ապահովելու նպատակով ցանկանում է համագործակցել գործող իշխանությունների հետ։

Իհարկե, ընդդիմությունը կարող է Շահրամանյանին տարբեր հարցերում մեղադրել, սակայն ամբողջ խնդիրն այն է, որ հենց իրենք էլ նպաստել են այս իրավիճակին։ Եթե ցանկանում էին, որ Շահրամանյանը ոչ միայն չգնա Ազգային ժողով հարցեր տալու, այլև աջակցի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ ընդդիմադիր շարժմանը, ապա պետք է առնվազն որոշակի աջակցություն ցուցաբերեին Արցախի իշխանություններին և 5-րդ նախագահին, մասնավորապես։ Վերջինս էլ սեփական հարցերը լուծելու համար «ստիպված է եղել» համագործակցել նիկոլականների հետ։ Ասում են, որ ԱԺ-ում հարցաքննությունից հետո Շահրամանյանին նույնիսկ պատիվ են տվել։
