Լեռնադահուկային համալիրի կառուցման «ոդիսականը» շարունակվում է․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Արագած լեռան լանջին լեռնադահուկային և էկոգյուղատնտեսական նոր համալիր ստեղծելու թեման արդեն քանի տարի սկանդալների կիզակետում է: Նախ՝ համանման ծրագիր էին ներկայացրել ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Ռուբեն Գրիգորյանին պատկանող «Ռիդ» և Լիոնում Հայաստանի նախկին հյուպատոս Նիկոլայ Սարկիսովին պատկանող «Արագեյթ ինվեսթմենթս» ընկերությունները: Հայաստանի կառավարության ընտրությունը կանգնել էր «Ռիդ» ընկերության վրա, ինչն առաջացրել էր «Արագեյթ ինվեսթմենթսի», ինչպես նաև ֆրանսիական երկու ընկերությունների տարակուսանքը, որոնց հետ Սարկիսովի կազմակերպությունը ցանկանում էր ծրագիրն իրականացնել: Սակայն հիմա էլ պարզվում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները որոշել են «սառեցնել» ծրագիրը, որը պետք է կյանքի կոչեր «Ռիդ» ընկերությունը, և բանակցություններ սկսել եվրոպացի գործընկերների հետ:

«Փաստ» թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, հիմնական պատճառն այն է, որ «Ռիդը» ռուսական կապիտալով ընկերություն է, և որպեսզի, այսպես ասած, «անցավ գլուխները ցավի տակ չդնեն», կառավարությունում որոշել են ձեռնպահ մնալ Ռուբեն Գրիգորյանի առաջարկից՝ նախընտրությունը տալով արևմտյան կազմակերպությանը: Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ այս ծրագրի շրջանակներում կառավարությունն իր սեպտեմբերի 14-ի նիստում Արագածոտնի մարզի Ապարան համայնքի Վարդենուտ և Արագած բնակավայրերում գտնվող որոշ տարածքների նկատմամբ հանրության գերակա շահ ճանաչելու մասին որոշում էր կայացրել:
