Հարաբերությունները խիստ լարված են, որքան էլ Փաշինյանը հղում կատարի Պուտինի հետ հարաբերություններին ու հայտարարություններին. Արթուր Խաչատրյան

Վերին Լարսի անցակետով Վրաստանից Ռուսաստան տանող ճանապարհը փակվել է բոլոր տեսակի տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար։ Շուրջ 1500 հազար հայկական բեռնատար է կանգնած անցակետի մոտ։ Տեղեկությունը լրատվամիջոցներին փոխանցել էր ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության մաքսային կցորդ Վահան Հակոբյանը:

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Խաչատրյանն էլ այսօր խորհրդարանում լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում  փոխանցեց, որ Վերին Լարսի պատճառով  հայ արտադրողները, տնտեսվարողները հերթական անգամ կանգնել են խնդրի առջև։

«Այդ տնտեսվարողներն իրավունք ունեն ակնկալել, որ այն կառավարությունը, որն ապրում է իրենցից գանձվող գումարների հաշվին՝ լուծի տնտեսվարողների կարիքները։ Կառավարությունը պետք է փորձի հարցը լուծել, այլ ոչ թե փորձի մեղավորներ գտնել, իսկ այն, որ արտադրողները, արտահանողները, տրանսպորտային ընկերությունները տարվա ընթացքում արդեն որերորդ անգամ կանգնել են նման խնդրի առջև, ցույց է տալիս, որ նաև այդ հարցում Կառավարությունը մեծ հաջողություններով հպարտանալու առիթ չունի»,- ասաց Արթուր Խաչատրյանը։

Նրա  կարծիքով՝ Ռուսաստանի կողմից այս քայլը պատահական չէ, որոշակի ուղերձ է։

Ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ դեռևս ահազանգ չունեն, որ Վրաստանի կողմից որևէ խնդիր կա։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Վրաստանը որևէ խնդիր չունի, խնդիրն առաջացել է Լարսի անցակետում՝ Վրաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի սահմանին։

«Խնդիրը միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ը չէ, երկար հարցազրույցի ժամանակ նա նաև այլ արտահայտություններ էլ է արել։ Սովետի ժամանակ երբ ապրանքների գները բարձրացնում էին, ասում էին՝ ընդառաջելով աշխատավորների պահանջներին, հիմա երբ ասում են՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ կապված կա նաև ժողովրդի պահանջ, ես չեմ հասկանում՝ դա ինչպես են չափել ու գնահատել։

Ակնհայտ է, որքան էլ Փաշինյանն ասի, որ հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ շատ լավ են, հղում կատարի Պուտինի հետ իր հարաբերություններին ու Պուտինի հայտարարություններին, ակնհայտ է, որ այդ հարաբերությունները խիստ լարված են, և դա չի կարող իր անդրադարձը չունենալ հանրային տրամադրությունների վրա»,- ընդգծեց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը։
