Երևանի ավագանու այս կազմն ապագա չունի. ի՞նչ է պատրաստում Ավինյանը

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած վերջին իրադարձությունները, ծեծուջարդն ու լեզվակռիվները, ընդդիմության բավական կոշտ դիրքորոշումները ցույց են տալիս, որ ավագանու այս կազմը դժվար, թե աշխատելու մեծ հեռանկար ունենա, հատկապես, որ իշխանական երկու ուժերը միասին չունեն անհրաժեշտ մեծամասնություն։ Ընդդիմադիր «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքն էլ ապացուցել է, որ քաղաքապետարան է գնացել ամենևին էլ ոչ միայն Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի հարցերով զբաղվելու։ Բազմիցս այդ քաղաքական ուժը հայտարարել է, որ իրենց հետաքրքրում է ամբողջական իշխանափոխության օրակարգը, ոստի և «Մայր Հայաստանը» կոշտ ընդդիմություն է լինելու, իսկ նրա գործիքակազմում լինելու են ընդհուպ բախումներ հրահրելը, հատկապես «Քաղպայմանագրի» ու նրա արբանյակ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության հետ։

Այս իրավիճակում ուշագրավ է Տիգրան Ավինյանի հայտարարությունները, թե իրենք չեն բացառում Երևանի ավագանու նոր ընտրությունների անցկացումը։ Բանն այն է, որ Տիգրան Ավինյանն ավելի մեծ իշխանություն վերցնելու լուրջ հավակնություններ ունի, իսկ դրսի որոշ ուժեր նրա վրա խաղաղադրույքներ են դնում, հատկապես անգլոսաքսոնական թևը, փորձում են քաղաքապետարանը որպես ցատկահարթակ օգտագործել՝ Ավինյանին ավելի բարձր պաշտոնի տանելու։

Ավանդաբար, ավելի ընդդիմադիր համարվող Երևանն էլ դարձել է լուրջ ոսկոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կոկորդում, և նա առիթը բաց չի թողնում ուժ ցուցադրելու նաև Տիգրան Ավինյանի հավակնությունները զսպելու հարցում։

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Տիգրան Ավինյանը նախաձեռնում է սեփական քաղաքական ուժի ձևավորումը։ Թե՛ անձամբ ինքը կգլխավորի այդ ուժը, թե՛ իրեն հավատարիմ որևէ այլ անձի կհանձնարարի իրականացնել այդ ուժի ձևավորումը, ընդամենը մարտավարական հարց է և ներկայումս գտնվում է քննարկումների փուլում։

Ավինյանը փորձում է նախաձեռնել սեփական վերահսկողության տակ կուսակցություն՝ հասկանալով, որ Երևանում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» անվան տակ որևէ առաջընթացի շարժ չունի, նույնիսկ եթե լավագույնս աշխատի՝ լուծելով երևանցիների բոլոր խնդիրները։ Նա ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» տրենդից թռչելու և սեփական քաղաքական ուժը ստեղծելու ժամանակն է։
