IDBank выпускает 3-й транш долларовых облигаций 2023 года

20 ноября 2023 года IDBank разместил именные купонные облигации под аббревиатурой AMANLBB2NER4 посредством публичного размещения на следующих условиях:

  • Общий объем - 5 миллиона долларов
  • Годовая процентная ставка - 4,25%
  • Срок обращения облигаций - 27 месяцев
  • Облигации будут выплачиваться ежеквартально
  • Срок погашения - 20 февраля 2026г.

Облигации будут размещены с 20 ноября 2023 года по 19 января 2024 года включительно.

После размещения будет осуществлен листинг облигаций в ОАО «Армянская фондовая биржа», и облигации будут котироваться посредством создателя рынка (Marketmaker).

Как известно, облигации можно легко приобрести онлайн в несколько нажатий, не посещая отделение Банка. Необходимо будет зайти в раздел «Ценные бумаги» на онлайн-платформе IDBanking.am, выбрать тип и количество облигаций и совершить покупку.

После покупки облигаций полная информация о них будет доступна в приложении Idram&IDBank: в разделе «Облигации» подраздела «Банковские услуги» представлены отличительный код, количество, номинальная стоимость, годовой купонный доход, дата выплаты купона и дата погашения облигаций.

Программный проспект облигаций зарегистрирован ЦБ РА, решением Председателя ЦБ РА N1/489А 7-ого октября 2022 года. Электронные версии проспекта программы, ее заполнение и основные условия выпуска можно найти на официальном сайте IDBank-а.
