Սպանություն` հոգեհացից հետո. մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից տեղեկանում ենք, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ 27-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Մեկ անձ ձերբակալվել է:

2017 թվականի օգոստոսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 20:10-ին, «Դիլիջանի բժշկական կենտրոն» ՓԲԸ շտապօգնության կայանից հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ որովայնի շրջանի սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Դիլիջան քաղաքի բնակիչ Արթուր Արտակի Եգանյանը` ծնված 1990թ., ով հիվանդանոցում մահացել է: Նույն օրը բժշկական կենտրոն է տեղափոխվել ևս երկու տղամարդ՝ տուժածի հայրը՝ Արտակ Եգանյանը, և Հ.Գուլանյանը՝ ծնված 1978թ.։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչության Դիլիջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվել են մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Արդյունքում՝ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ 27-ամյա Ա.Եգանյանը հոր հետ միասին 2017թ. օգոստոսի 5-ին մասնակցել է հարևանի հուղարկավորությանը, ապա նաև՝ ննջեցյալի հիշատակին նվիրված հոգեհացին։ Արարողության ավարտից հետո առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ էլ 27-ամյա երիտասարդին դանակի գործադրմամբ պատճառվել է կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքը։

Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է։
