Հոկտեմբերի 27-ն ու Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի անհեթեթ ակնարկները

Հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործի մասին շրջանառվող խոսակցությունները կրկին մամուլի էջերում են հայտնվել, գործող վարչախմբի տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ էլ նորից շահարկում են թեման՝ փորձելով դիվիդենտներ ստանալ, նաև հանրության մեջ կասկածներ գցել հատկապես ընդդիմության դեմ։

Այս հարցում ամենաակտիվը, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, ԱԺ պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանն է, որն օրերս տարբեր մարդկանց հասցեին ակնարկներ էր անում, անգամ հիշել էր նախագահի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Ալեքսան Հարությունյանին։

Գործող իշխանությունների մեջ հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործից ամենաշատը հենց Քոչարյանն է տեղյակ։ Ի տարբերություն փաբերից կաբինետներ հասած ՔՊ-ականների, նա այդ օրերին բարձր պաշտոն է զբաղեցրել, մտերիմ հարաբերություններ ունի քննությունը ղեկավարած անձանց հետ։ Քոչարյանը, օրինակ, կարող է իր մերձավոր Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանից հարցումներ անել գործի վերաբերյալ, սակայն, չգիտես ինչու, չի անում։

Ի դեպ, հոկտեմբերի 27-ից հետո Տարածքային կառավարման նախարար Վահան Շիրխանյանը մի ցուցակ էր փոխանցել նախագահականին՝ պահանջելով իր մերձավորներին բարձր պաշտոնների նշանակել։ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին առաջարկել էր նշանակել Համակարգող նախարար, իսկ իրեն վարչապետ։ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը մոռացել է նաև, որ այդ օրերին հոկտեմբերի 27-ի գործով շրջանառվում էր նաև Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանի անունը, իբր նա կապի մեջ է եղել ահաբեկիչների հետ։ Սամվել Բաբայանն այսօր Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի մտերիմ ընկերն է, նրա տաբեր հանձնարարությունները կատարողը, և, բնականաբար, փաշինյանական իշխանության կարկառուն կերպարը նրան չի հիշատակի։
