Գեներալ մայորին 500 դոլար է առաջարկել` որդուն ցանկալի զորամասում ծառայության ուղարկելու համար

Արաբկիր եւ Քանաքեռ Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ Հովիկ Թորոսյանի որդին 2016 թվականին զորակոչվել է բանակ: Վերջինս ցանկացել է, որ որդին` Էդգար Թորոսյանը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կարճաղբյուր բնակավայրում տեղակայված զորամասում ծառայության նշանակվի: Արդյունքում, հարցը լուծելու համար, վերջինս Երևան քաղաքի Բաբայան 4 հասցեում գտնվող զինկոմիսարիատում հանդիպել է ՀՀ ՊՆ բարձրագույն սպայական հանձնաժողովի անդամ, գեներալ-մայոր Ռաֆայել Գզոգյանին եւ նրա կլորիկ գումար է խոստացել, որը եղել է 500 ԱՄՆ դոլար, որպեսզի գեներալ մայորը օգնի իրեն գործը գլուխ բերել:

Սակայն գեներալ մայոր Ռաֆայել Գզոգյանը թույլ չի տվել, որ հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցվի: Կատարած արարքի համար Հովիկ Թորոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 34 հոդվածի` (Հանցափորձ է համարվում ուղղակի դիտավորությամբ կատարված այն գործողությունը (անգործությունը), որն անմիջականորեն ուղղված է հանցանք կատարելուն, եթե հանցագործությունն ավարտին չի հասցվել անձի կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով) եւ 312-րդ հոդվածի երկրորդ մասի (Կաշառք տալը, որը կատարվել է խոշոր չափերով՝ պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից չորսհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով), հատկանիշներով: Հովիկ Թորոսյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել ստորագրությամբ չհեռանալը:
