Բաքուն ինքն էլ երբեք Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս չի համարել․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ ռուսական հեղինակավոր «Կոմերսանտ» պարբերականը ծավալուն հոդված էր հրապարակել՝ նվիրված Ադրբեջանի ղեկավար Իլհամ Ալիևի նախագահության 30-ամյակին: Նյութում մեզ առավել հետաքրքրեց Ադրբեջանի տարածքում բնակվող հայերի թվի վկայակոչումը: Հղում անելով ադրբեջանական պետական կառույցների ներկայացրած պաշտոնական վիճակագրությանը՝ նշվում է, որ 2019 թվականի դրությամբ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում բնակվում էր ընդամենը 200 հայ: Մինչդեռ 1926 թվականին, ըստ այդ վիճակագրության, Ադրբեջանի բնակչության 62,1%-ը կազմում էին ադրբեջանցիները, իսկ հայերն ու ռուսները՝ համապատասխանաբար 12,2% և 9,5%:

Ավելին, ըստ Ադրբեջանի վիճակագրության պետական հանձնաժողովի 1999 թվականի տվյալների, Ադրբեջանում բնակվել է ընդամենը 378 հայ: Այսինքն, նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանի պետական մարմիններն են նշում, որ 2019 թվականի դրությամբ Ադրբեջանի տարածքում բնակվում էր ընդամենը 200 հայ, իսկ 1999 թվականի դրությամբ՝ 378 հայ: Դեռ մի կողմ, որ 2018 թվականի մարտին Ադրբեջանում ընթացող նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ ադրբեջանական մամուլը հեղեղված էր հոդվածներով, որոնց նպատակն էր ապացուցել, թե իբր երկիրը բազմազգ է, ու նույնիսկ ինչ-որ «30 հազար հայերի» թեզ էին առաջ տանում, բայց ընտրական ցուցակներում պեղել էին միայն մեկ հայի անուն: Փաստը մնում է փաստ, որ 1989-ին ԼՂԻՄ-ում բնակչության թիվը կազմել է 145 085, իսկ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ Արցախի Հանրապետությունում՝ մոտ 148 հազար մարդ:

Փաստացի, հենց «միջազգային իրավունքի ուժով իրեն պատկանող տարածքների մասին» միջազգային հարթակներում անընդհատ «ուղեղ լվացող» ադրբեջանական կողմն է իր պաշտոնական վիճակագրությամբ ի սկզբանե ընդունել, որ Արցախը Ադրբեջանի մաս չէ, հետևաբար այնտեղ ապրող հայերն էլ չեն հաշվարկվել իբրև Ադրբեջանի տարածքում ապրող հայեր:
