Գնացեք, զբաղվեք ձեր կյանքով, բայց քաղաքականությանը մի խառնվեք: Այսպես կարելի է ձևակերպել իշխանության ամփոփ ուղերձը հասարակությանը: Վերջին պառլամենտական ընտրություններն այս լուռ լոզունգի դրսևորումն էին և կարծես թե տեղ են հասել ՝ հասարակական ապատիայի տեսքով:

Այս լոզունգի ամբողջ դրամատիզմը կայանում է նրանում, որ փոխելով սահմանադրությունն ու ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, իշխանությունը կարողացավ ընտրությունների օրը համեմատաբար առանց մեծ սկանդալների և բախումների վերարտադրվել: Այսինքն, հիմնական կեղծիքը եղավ ոչ թե ընտրության օրը, ընտրատեղամասում կամ դրանից դուրս, այլ սահմանադրական և ընտրական օրենսգքրի փոփոխություններով:

Ներդրված ռեյտինգային համակարգը ընտրական ֆարսի մասնակից դարձրեց հնարավորինս շատ քաղաքացիների ՝ ոչ միայն որպես ընտրողներ, այլև որպես քարոզիչներ ու ձայն բերողներ: Իսկ բուն ընտրական գործընթացի համեմատաբար հանգիստ ընթացքը զերծ պահեց հետընտրական գործընթացներից: Սրան եթե գումարենք ԵԼՔ-ի կողմից, որպես խորհրդարան անցած միակ ընդդիմության, ընտրությունների արդյունքները ճանաչելւը, ապա ունենք մի իրավիճակ, երբ քաղաքացին լիովին օտարվեց քաղաքականությունից:

Իսկ քաղաքացու չօտարման միակ տարբերակը գոնե հետընտրական գործընթացներն էին, որը, ինչպես ուրախությամբ նշեց Սերժ Սարգսյանը, տեղի չունեցավ և դա շատ կարևոր արդյունք էր նրա համար: Հենց սրա համար էր փոխվում քաղաքականությունը, որպեսզի ՀՀ քաղաքացին դադարի մասնակցել քաղաքական գործընթացներին իրեն հայտնի ձևերով:

Վերոնշյալ լոզունգի դրսևորումն էր նաև ՀՀԿ նոր կազմը, որտեղ զետեղվեցին Սերժ Սարգսյանի անձնական որոշումներին կարիերայով պարտական հանրապետականների երիտասարդ կադրերը: Իսկ Սասնա ծռերի գործողությունների ապաքաղաքականացմանն ուղղված քարոզչությունն էլ նպատակ ունի ավելի ամրապնդել այդ լոզունգը, փաստացի քաղաքական ճեղքման վերջին տարբերակը ևս զինաթափելով հասարակության աչքերում:

Հասարակության ապաքաղաքականացման և օտարման ստրատեգիան մեկ նպատակ ունի ՝ ստեղծել հնարավորինս անվտանգ իշխելու միջավայր: Միայն հայտնի չէ, թե այդ օտարումն ու դրա հետևանք ապատիան ինչպես են տրանֆորմացվելու՝ արտագաղթո՞վ, թե՞ հերթական ռադիկալ ցնցմամբ:
