Մարտաֆիլմ հիշեցնող կրшկnցներ՝ Արմավիրի մարզում

Երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 8-ին, ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի (վարչության պետ Արթուր Բդոյանի, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Հովհաննես Արիստակեսյանի), ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Արսեն Ոսկանյանի, բաժնի պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Գևորգ Միքայելյանի  գլխավորությամբ ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներով բացահայտել են առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություն, որի ժամանակ հնչել են կրակոցներ ու եղել է վիրավոր:

Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ նոյեմբերի 5-ին, ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում Ապագա գյուղի հարակից տարածքում Ford մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդ, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Զավեն Մ.-ն, նրա ուղևոր, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 29-ամյա Գևորգ Մ.-ն  «մի կաթիլ մեղրի» պատմություն հիշեցնող ճանապարհը չզիճելու հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել են Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 52-ամյա Խոդեդա Ֆ.-ի հետ, վերջինս եղել է Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով: Վիճաբանության ժամանակ փոխադարձ հնչեցրել են հայհոյանքներ և միմյանց միջև տեղի է ունեցել քաշքշոց:

Ոստիկանները օպերատիվ տվյալներով պարզել են , որ այդ ամենին ներկա են եղել Mercedes-ի ուղևորներ Խոդեդա Ֆ.-ի՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 55-ամյա կինը և կնոջ քույրը: Վիճաբանություն-քաշքշոցից հետո նշված անձինք հեռացել են ու Խոդեդա Ֆ.-ն կատարվածի մասին պատմել է իր որդիներ, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչներ 32-ամյա Ռուստամ Ֆ.-ին, 29-ամյա Քյարամ Ֆ.-ին, ովքեր նախապես պայմանավորվել են և նոյեմբերի 6-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ի սահմաններում, եկել են Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրառատ գյուղի վարչական տարածք, որտեղ կամրջի հարևանությամբ հանդիպել են Զավեն Մ.-ին, Գևորգ Մ.-ին, Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 28-ամյա Դավիթ Հ.-ին և վերջինիս ընկերների հետ: Սկսվել է վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ Քյարամ Ֆ.-ն իր մոտ եղած ինքնաձիքով կրակահերթ է արձակել Դավիթ Հ.-ի կողմից վարվող Opel մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի և հավաքված մարդկանց ուղղությամբ:Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ կրակոցների հետևանքով Դավիթ Հ.-ն ստացել է հրազենային վնասվածք ոտքի հատվածում, իսկ մյուսները դիմել են փախուստի: Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վաչության և ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի ծառայողների գրագետ, ճիշտ ու հսկայածավալ աշխատանքների արդյունքում  Ապագա գյուղում ժողովրդին հայտնի «Նասոսնի» կոչվող հատվածում հայտնաբերել են Դավիթ Հ.-ի կողմից վարած Opel  մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, որի վրա առկա են բազմաթիվ կրակոցի հետքեր:

Նախաքննության շահերից ելնելով որոշ մանրամասներ չենք հայտնում:Ահազանգով դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Սամվել Սիմոնյանի, Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնի պետ Դավիթ Բարոյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քնիիչի գլխավորությամբ:Դեպքի փաստով Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Ավտոմեքենան տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Տեղում աշխատել է նաև ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության և ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի փորձաքրեագետները:
