Ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումները՝ բռնաճնշումների առիթ

Ֆեյսբուքյան ստատուսները փաշինյանական վարչախմբի համար դարձել են ընդդիմախոսների բռնաճնշումների հնարավորություն և առիթ։ Երեկ էլ Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Արագած Ախոյանն է կալանավորվել՝ ֆեյսբուքում բռնություն գործադրելու հրապարակային կոչերի մեղադրանքով։

Հիշեցնենք՝ օրերս էլ ֆեյսբուքյան նման մի գրառման համար մեղադրանք առաջադրվել էր իրավապաշտպան Ավետիք Իշխանյանին։

Արագած Ախոյանը, ըստ քննչական կոմիտեի, կոչ է արել ցուցակագրել այն մարդկանց, որոնց, իր պատկերացմամբ, սատկացնելու են «վարչապետի» հեռացումից հետո, կոնկրետ անուններ այդ գրառման մեջ չկան, սակայն քննչական կոմիտեն չի հերքում, որ համապատասխան հաղորդում են ստացել ինչ-որ անձից կամ անձանցից և դրա վերաբերյալ վարույթ հարուցել, ընդ որում Ախոյանը գրառումն արել էր դեռևս սեպտեմբերի 19-ին, իսկ նրան գրեթե 1,5 ամիս անց են կալանավորում։

Ընդհանրապես, վերջին շրջանում, ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումների համար քրեական գործեր հարուցելը դարձել է փաշինյանական վարչախմբի այցեքարտը, դրանք առանց երկարացնելու և սեթևեթանքի քրեական գործեր են հարուցում մարդկանց վրա, ձերբակալում, կալանավորում, եթե կոնկրետ դատավորն իրենց սրտի կամակատարն է, և ամիսներ շարունակ ուղարկում են ազատազրկման վայրեր։

Սովորաբար այդ գործերը փլուզվում են դատարաններում, որևէ հեռանկար չունենալով, բայց նույնիսկ մեկ օրը, մեկ շաբաթը, մեկ ամիսն էլ բանտում անցկացրած ժամանակը լրջորեն ազդում է մարդկանց հոգեվիճակի վրա, էլ չասած՝ ֆինանսական դրության։ Եվ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը հենց այս հաշվարկով էլ իրականացնում է իր բռնաճնշումները, հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ կոնկրետ գործերը դժվար է հասցնել դատարան, ավելին դրանք ներպետական ատյանները սպառելուց հետո, որտեղ Փաշինյանը գոնե կամակատարներ ունի, հասնելու են մինչև Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան և փլուզվելու են, փոխարենը Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեն է ահռելի գումարներ վճարելու մարդկանց, ուստի և գործող իշխանությունները ընդամենը հաշվարկը դրել են հնարավորինս մարդկանց մեկուսացված պահել, ճնշել նրանց և պարտադրել, որպեսզի դադարեցնեն ընդդիմադիր գործունեությունը։
