Ծնողները վառարանի ձողով դաժան ծեծի են ենթարկել քրոջ ամուսնուն սիրահարված դստերը

1in.am\ Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Արթուր Ադամյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է ամուսիններ Արշալույսի և Մհերի գործով դատական քննությունը:

50-ամյա Արշալույսին և 52-ամյա Մհերին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրված տուժողին ծեծելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118 հոդվածով:

Տուժողը Արշալույսի ու Մհերի դուստր Դոնարան է (անունը փոխված է):

Դատարանը հաստատված է գնահատել, որ ամուսիններ Մհերն ու Արշալույսը գյուղում ապրել են իրենց դստեր՝ Դոնարայի հետ: Ծնողներն իմացել են, որ Դոնարան սիրահարվել է իրենց մյուս դստեր՝ Ալլայի (անունը փոխված է) ամուսնուն՝ Հրայրին (անունը փոխված է): Մհերն ու Արշալույսն իրենց դուստր Դոնարային արգելել են Ալլայի ու Հրայրի տուն գնալ:

2017 թվականի մարտի 23-ին, առավոտյան ժամը 9-ին Մհերը տանից դուրս է եկել, որ գնա աշխատանքի:

Դոնարան ցանկացել է տանից դուրս գալ՝ քրոջ ու սիրելի փեսայի տուն գնալու նպատակով: Մայրը՝ Արշալույսը, արգելել է Դոնարային:

Մոր ու դստեր միջև վիճաբանություն է սկսվել: Արշալույսը, տեսնելով, որ դուստրն իրեն չի ենթարկվում, վառարանի երկաթե ձողով 4-5 հարված է հասցրել Դոնարայի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ նրան պատճառել է թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող վնասվածքներ ու ֆիզիկական ցավ:

Վիճաբանության ձայները լսելով՝ Մհերը դրսից տուն է մտել, տեղեկացել է, որ դուստրը ցանկանում է գնալ Ալլայի ու Հրայրի տուն: Մհերը շարունակել է կնոջ «գործը»՝ վառարանի երկաթե ձողով հարվածներ է հասցրել Դոնարային՝ պատճառել է թեթև վնասի հատկանիշներ չպարունակող վնասվածքներ ու ֆիզիկական ցավ:

Առաջադրված մեղադրանքում Արշալույս Գ.-ն և Մհեր Գ.-ն, ընդունելով, որ վառարանի երկաթե ձողով հարվածներ են հասցրել իրենց աղջկան, իրենց մեղավոր չեն ճանաչել՝ Դոնարային: Նրանց համոզմունքով՝ իրենք ցանկացել են դստերը հետ պահել սխալ, անբարոյական քայլից, կատարել են իրենց ծնողական պարտականությունը:

Տուժող Դոնարան հայտնել է, թե բողոքում է ծնողների դեմ ու ցանկանում է, որ նրանք պատժվեն իրեն ծեծելու համար: Կատարվածի մասին ոստիկանության բաժնում հաղորդում էր տվել հենց Դոնարան…

Նախաքննության ընթացքում Դոնարան ծնողների հետ առերես էլ է հարցաքննվել ու պնդել է, որ նրանք իրեն ծեծել են վառարանի երկաթե ձողով: Ծնողներն ընդունել են:

Գործով վկա Ալլան՝ Դոնարայի քույրը, հայտնել է, թե Դոնարան ինտիմ կապ է ունեցել իր ամուսնու հետ: Այդ մասին իմանալով՝ ծնողներն արգելել են, որ Դոնարան գա իրենց տուն: Դոնարան ծնողներին չի լսել, և նրան «դաստիարակելու համար» մայրը մի երկու ապտակ է հասցրել…

Դատարանը Արշալույսին ու Մհերին մեղավոր է ճանաչել դստերը ծեծելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118 հոդվածով, և յուրաքանչյուրին դատապարտել է տուգանքի՝ 50 հազար դրամի չափով:
