ԿԸՀ-ն այսօր մանդատ կտրամադրի Լևոն Քոչարյանին

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողվն այսօր ժամը 15։00-ին նիստ է նշանակել։ Օրակարգում երկու հարց է՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորի մանդատ տրամադրելու արձանագրության կազմում և Երևանի ավագանու անդամի մանդատ տրամադրելու արձանագրության կազմում։

ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունից մանդատ կտրամադրվի ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կրտսեր որդուն՝ Լևոն Քոչարյանին, որը պահվում է անազատության մեջ։

«2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 3-ին պարզ դարձավ, որ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի ընտրական ցուցակի թվով երեք պատգամավորի թեկնածուներ՝ Միհրդատ Մադաթյանը, Անժելա Նալբանդյանը և Գերասիմ Վարդանյանը դիմել են ԿԸՀ՝ ներկայացնելով ինքնաբացարկի դիմումներ: Նշվածից ելնելով «Ընտրական օրենսգիրք» սահմանադրական օրենքի շրջականերում՝ ընտրական ցուցակի առաջին մասի հերթական հաջորդ թեկնածուն հանդիսանում է գրեթե երկու ամիս ակնհայտ ապօրինի կալանավորված, ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից խոշտանգման հանցակազմով նաև տուժողի դատավարական կարգավիճակ ունեցող Լևոն Քոչարյանը:

Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նիստը, որի շրջանակներում արձանագրվելու է Լևոն Քոչարյանի կողմից ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավորի մանդատ ստանալը, տեղի է ունենալու 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին: Հետևաբար, ապօրինի անազատության մեջ գտնվող պատգամավորի կարգավիճակ չունեցող Լևոն Քոչարյանը, 2023 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին պատգամավորի կարգավիճակ ձեռք բերելու պահից չի կարող պահվել անազատության մեջ»,-հայտարարել էր Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմը։
