Գազայի հատվածում ՄԱԿ-ի Մերձավոր Արևելքում Պաղեստինի փախստականների օգնության և աշխատանքների գործակալության աշխատակիցների շրջանում զոհերի թիվը ավելացել է՝ հասնելով 88-ի, ինչ կազմակերպության՝ մեկ հակամարտության ընթացքում գրանցված ամենամեծ կորուստն է։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին՝ ՄԱԿ-ի մարդասիրական հարցերով գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների համատեղ հայտարարությանը հղումով։

«Հոկտեմբերի 7-ից մինչ օրս մարդասիրական կազմակերպությունների աշխատակիցների շրջանում զոհերի թվում կա ՄԱԿ-ի Մերձավոր Արևելքում Պաղեստինի փախստականների օգնության և աշխատանքների գործակալության 88 աշխատակից, սա ՄԱԿ-ի ամենամեծ կորուստն է, որը երբևէ գրանցվել է մեկ հակամարտության ընթացքում», - ասված է փաստաթղթում։

Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել են ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի մարդասիրական հարցերով տեղակալ Մարտին Գրիֆիթսը, Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) ղեկավար Թեդրոս Ադհանոմ Գեբրեյեսուսը, ՅՈՒՆԻՍԵՖ- գործադիր տնօրեն Քեթրին Ռասելը և այլք։ Նրանք կրկին կոչ են արել ազատ արձակել ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի կողմից գերեվարվածներին և հրադադար հաստատել Գազայի հատվածում։

«Անցել է 30 օր: Ամեն ինչին սահման կա։ Սա պետք է դադարեցվի»,- ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։
