Երբ «գրանդիոզ ծրագրերի» մասին խոսքերին հաջորդում են «գրանդիոզ» աղետները. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա իշխանությունը ներկայացնող ձայնակիցները վերջերս նոր «երգ» են բարձրաձայնում: Այն կոչվում է «խաղաղության խաչմերուկ»: Փորձագետները, ոչ իշխանական մեկնաբանները պարզորոշ նշում են, որ դա ընդամենը «գեղեցիկ» փաթեթավորված շեղող մանևր է՝ լավագույն դեպքում: Թե ինչ են կանխատեսում վատագույն դեպքում, կարծում ենք, առանց մեր ասելու էլ ընթերցողները տեղյակ են: Այստեղ մեզ այլ բան հետաքրքրեց: Մասնավորապես այն, որ հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն սկսում է ինչ-որ «գրանդիոզ ծրագրերից» խոսել, դրան հաջորդում են «գրանդիոզ աղետներ», տապալումներ, լրջագույն ձախողումներ:

Փոքր-ինչ հեռվից գանք: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ինչպես հայտնի է, բանակցային գործընթացի վերաբերյալ հայտարարեց (2020-ի փետրվարին Մյունխենում), թե՝ այդտեղ պիտի հեղափոխություն անեն, այսպես ասած՝ միկրոհեղափոխություններ, որոնք ինքն է նախաձեռնել: Դրա փաստացի հետևանքը եղավ «բանակցային գործընթացը» խուլ փակուղի մտցնելը: Բայց դա դեռ այնքան էլ «գրանդիոզ» չի հնչում: Շատ ավելի տպավորիչ էր «Հայաստան2050»-ի պրեզենտացիան: Սա, հիշեցնենք, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «մտքի թռիչքն» է, որի վկայության հղումը մինչև հիմա էլ կա վարչապետի պաշտոնական կայքում:

Ի՛նչն է հատկանշական. «Հայաստանի վերափոխման ռազմավարություն – 2050», այսպես ասենք՝ գրանդիոզագույն ծրագրի ներկայացում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը արեց 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 21-ին: Իսկ 6 օր անց սկսվեց պատերազմը: Այն պատերազմը, որի սկսվելու մասին Փաշինյանը, մեծ հաշվով, գիտեր, առավել ևս, որ ամեն ինչ արել էր, որպեսզի այն սկսվի: Արժե հիշեցնել նաև, այդ՝ «Հայաստան-2050» ծրագրի նախազդը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արեց դրանից 1 տարի առաջ` 2019 թվականի օգոստոսին, Արցախի մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում, Վերածննդի հրապարակում, Համահայկական 7-րդ ամառային խաղերի բացման առիթով ունեցած ելույթում:

Հիշո՞ւմ եք, սա այն ելույթն ու այն ծրագիրն է, որով Փաշինյանը նպատակադրվում էր 2050ին ՀՀ բնակչությունը հասցնել 5 միլիոնի, ունենալ 10 միլիարդ դոլար արժեքը գերազանցող հայկական 5 տեխնոլոգիական ընկերություն և էլի շատ ու շատ բաներ, հա՛, Հայաստանը պիտի մինչև 2050 թիվը ֆուտբոլի աշխարհի կամ Եվրոպայի չեմպիոն դառնա: Հիշեցի՞ք: Ճիշտ է, մեզ կհակադարձեն, թե՝ մինչև 2050 թիվը դեռ ինչքա՜ն ժամանակ կա: Բայց... Այդ ելույթում Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց. «Համոզված եմ՝ հիմա ձեզնից շատերը հարցնում են՝ իսկ ինչո՞ւ Արցախի մասին ոչինչ ասված չէ (նկատի ունի՝ 2050-ի ծրագրում-թղթ.) Պատասխանը շատ պարզ է, որովհետև Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ»: Ընդամենը 4 տարի է անցել: Արցախը հայաթափվել է, Նիկոլի կողմից ճանաչվել Ադրբեջանի մաս: Ընդամենը 4 տարի է անցել: Փաշինյանն ասում է՝ «խաղաղության խաչմերուկ»: Ի՞նչ նոր աղետ է նախատեսել՝ ավելացնելու համար արդեն 3 տարուց ավելի շարունակվողին:
