Կորյունի փողոցում գործող մերսման սրահում պոռնկությամբ են զբաղվել

Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Գագիկ Պողոսյանի նախագահությամբ սկսվեց Քնքուշ Ս.-ի (անունը փոխված է) գործով դատական քննությունը:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Քնքուշ Ս.-ն 2016 թվականի հունիսի 11-ին վարձակալել է Կորյունի փողոցում գտնվող անշարժ գույքը, այնտեղ բացել է մերսման սրահ, «անձամբ կազմակերպել ու ղեկավարել է հաստատության բնականոն գործունեությունը»՝ նպատակ ունենալով «պոռնկությամբ զբաղվելու համար հաստատություն ստեղծել ու այդ կերպ պոռնկությամբ զբաղվելուն նպաստելու միջոցով գույքային օգուտ ստանալ»:

Քնքուշի ստեղծած մերսման սրահում, ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ աշխատել են կանայք, ովքեր զբաղվել են մարմնավաճառությամբ, ինչից գույքային օգուտ է ստացել սրահի ղեկավար Քնքուշը:

Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրված ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 262 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կարճվել է Քնքուշին առաջադրված ևս մի մեղադրանք՝ անչափահասին պոռնկության մեջ ներգրավելը:

Դատարանը ճշտեց ամբաստանյալի ինքնությունը: Նրա խնամքին են 12-ամյա որդին ու վատառողջ մայրը:

Ամբաստանյալն ասաց, որ աշխատում է նույն մերսման սրահում, որտեղ զբաղվում է դիմահարդարմամբ, ներկայումս սրահում «ավելի էկզոտիկ մերսում է առաջարկվում»: Նախագահողը տարակուսեց. «Նախկինից ավելի՞ էկզոտիկ»…

Ամբաստանյալը իր շահերի պաշտպանի միջոցով դատարանին միջնորդեց գործը քննել դռնփակ կարգով:

Պաշտպանը իր պաշտպանյալի խնդրանքը բացատրեց նրանով, որ չնայած գործում տեղեկություններ չկան ամբաստանյալի անձնական կյանքի կամ սեռական ազատության մասին, բայց այս գործի վերաբերյալ հրապարակային քննության ընթացքում կարող են նրա վերաբերյալ արատավորող տեղեկություններ տարածվել, բավական է ասել՝ կինը մեղադրվում է պոռնկությանը նպաստելու արարքի համար…

Մեղադրողը չառարկեց միջնորդության դեմ:

Դատարանը որոշեց գործը քննել դռնփակ կարգով:
