Արցախի նախագահն ակտիվ հանդիպումների մեջ է

Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանն ակտիվ հանդիպումներ է ունենում։ Շուրջ մեկ ամիս Հայաստանում գտնվող Շահրամանյանը թեև հանրային դաշտում ակտիվ չէ, չհաշված Արցախի Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցը, որը տարաբնույթ մեկնաբանությունների տեղիք տվեց, և որից դժգոհ մնացին, թե՛ գործող իշխանությունները, թե՛ ընդդիմությունը և թե՛ նույնիսկ արցախցիները, այժմ ակտիվ հանդիպումների մեջ է։

Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ նա հանդիպել է արևմտյան կառույցների տարբեր դեսպաններին, նաև Հայաստանում ՌԴ դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիռկինի հետ, ինչպես նաև Հայաստան այցելած Եվրախորհրդի պատգամավորներին, ընդ որում բոլոր այս հանդիպումներում Շահրամանյանը շեշտը դնում է իր իսկ հարցազրույցում հնչեցրած այն թեզի վրա, որ Արցախի իշխանությունների աշխատանքի հիմնական ճակատը լինելու է այն, որ ինչ որ գիծ ստեղծեն և հնարավորություն, որպեսզի արցախցիները կարողանան վերադառնալ հայրենիք։ Այս նպատակով Շահրամանյանը ցանկանում է նաև օգտագործել Հայաստանում արցախցիներին տրվող փախստականների ժամանակավոր կարգավիճակը։ Դա իրավական հնարավորություններ կստեղծի հարցը թեժ պահելու առումով։

Շահրամանյանը, նաև մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, հանդիպումներ է ունենում ներքաղաքական դաշտում։ Մի քանի անգամ հանդիպել է փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Խաչատրյանի հետ, ով զբաղվում է տեղահանվածների սոցիալական ծրագրերով, իսկ գործող իշխանությունների հետ հիմնական կապը պահում է իր նախկին գործընկեր ԱԱԾ պետ Արմեն Աբազյանի հետ։

Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Շահրամանյանը նաև հանդիպել է երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին, թե ի՞նչ են խոսել, դեռ հայտնի չէ։ Իսկ երեկ Արմենիա Մարիոթ հյուրանոցում տեղի է ունեցել Սամվել Շահրամանյանի ու Արցախի իշխանությունների ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումը հայաստանյան մի խումբ հասարակական, քաղաքական գործիչների, կուսակցությունների ղեկավարների հետ։ Դռնփակ հանդիպումից հետո մանրամասներ առանձնապես չեն հրապարակվել, սակայն չափազանց կարևոր է, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները նախաձեռնողականություն են ցուցաբերում և փորձում են իրենք տեղում քննարկել իրենց հարցերը՝ հասկանալով, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վրա առանձնապես հույս դնելու իմաստ չկա։
