Ռուսաստանում մշակվել են թափանցիկ կոմպոզիտային նյութեր արևային մարտկոցների և օպտոէլեկտրոնիկայի համար

Trashbox.ru-ն գրում է, որ Դոնի Ռոստովի Հարավային դաշնային համալսարանի մամուլի ծառայությանը հայտնել է, որ ռուս գիտնականներին հաջողվել է ստեղծել յուրահատուկ թափանցիկ կոմպոզիտային նյութեր, որոնք առաջանում են տարբեր այլ նյութերի օքսիդների հիման վրա։  Փորձագետները նշում են, որ այդ նորարարությունը կարող է օգտագործվել օպտոէլեկտրոնային սարքերի բոլոր տեսակի բաղադրիչների ստեղծման համար, կամ որպես արևային մարտկոցների մաս:

«Մեզ հաջողվեց հասնել ոչ միայն բարձր լուսազգայունության, այլ նաև ստեղծել բարձր օպտիկական թափանցիկությամբ նյութեր, ինչը նոր հեռանկարներ է բացում արևային մարտկոցների և «թափանցիկ» էլեկտրոնիկայի սարքերի համար», — բացատրել է Հարավային դաշնային համալսարանի նանոտեխնոլոգիաների, էլեկտրոնիկայի և գործիքավորման ինստիտուտի տեխնոսֆերային անվտանգության և քիմիայի ամբիոնի պրոֆեսոր Վիկտոր Պետրովը։

Պարոն Պետրովն ասել է, որ ինքը և իր գործընկերներն ուսումնասիրում էին տարբեր տեսակի խառնուրդներով մետաղական օքսիդներից, որոնք ստեղծվել են համալսարանում արտոնագրված ցածր ջերմաստիճանի պիրոլիզի մեթոդի հիման վրա, պատրաստված բարակ թաղանթների հատկությունները: Հետազոտության արդյունքում փորձագետները մշակել են առաջադեմ նյութ, որը հիմնված է կոբալտի և ցինկի օքսիդների վրա, դրանք կարող են օգտագործվել ուլտրամանուշակագույն և նույնիսկ տեսանելի տիրույթներում ֆոտոզգայուն ռեզիստորների ստեղծման համար: Բայց ամենահետաքրքիրն այն է, որ գիտնականներին հաջողվել է թաղանթներ ստեղծել ալյումինի և ցինկի օքսիդների հիման վրա, որոնք կարող են պարծենալ բավականին տպավորիչ օպտիկական թափանցիկությամբ (94 %) լույսի ճառագայթների տեսանելի տիրույթում:
