Ի՞նչ է կատարվում շինանյութի ոլորտում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում շինարարությունը, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի կառուցապատումը բավական մեծ թափ է առել: Մայրաքաղաքում և երևանամերձ հատվածներում մի փոքր ազատ հատված լինելու դեպքում միանգամից նոր շենքի հիմք է գցվում:

Մասնագետները դրա համար տարբեր պատճառներ են նշում, սկսյալ եկամտահարկի վերադարձի նորմից մինչև մեծաթիվ ռելոկանտների տեղափոխությունը Հայաստան: Տվյալ խնդրի շուրջ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ քաղաքացիները բողոքի ձայն են բարձրացնում՝ կասկածի տակ դնելով շինարարական նորմերի պահպանման, արտանետումների և օդի աղտոտվածության հարցերը: Մյուս կողմից՝ այս պայմաններում հետաքրքիր վիճակ է ստեղծվել շինանյութերի ներմուծման ու վաճառքի շուկայում:

Ի մասնավորի, անզեն աչքով էլ նկատվում է զգալի գնաճ, որը փորձագետները գնահատում են չարդարացված: Հաշվի առնելով մեր ստացած ահազանգերը՝ «Փաստը» դիմեց ՀՀ մրցակցության պաշտպանության հանձնաժողով՝ նշելով, որ, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, հանձնաժողովում ևս ստացվել են դժգոհություններ՝ շինանյութերի շուկայում գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող կազմակերպությունների (մասնավորաբար՝ «Իդեալ», «Նոր տուն» և այլն) կողմից անբարեխիղճ մրցակցության դրսևորումների, ինչպես նաև գնագոյացման հետ կապված հնարավոր ներքին պայմանավորվածությունների՝ դեմպինգի առումով:

Հարցրեցին՝ կա՞, արդյոք, նման ահազանգ, և եթե այո, ապա ի՞նչ ուսումնասիրություններ են արվել վերջին շրջանում: Հանձնաժողովից «Փաստին» պատասխանել են, որ իրենք նման ահազանգ չեն ստացել: Ինչ վերաբերում է ուսումնասիրություններին, ապա դրանց մասին նախապես տեղեկացվում է, իսկ համապատասխան տեղեկությունը հրապարակվում է հանձնաժողովի կայքէջում:
