«Սամվել Բաբայան» պրոեկտը կարելի է փակված համարել

«Սամվել Բաբայան» պրոեկտը կարելի է փակված համարել։ Օրեր առաջ Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղարը հայտարարեց, թե զրոյական շանս է տեսնում, որ Արցախն ու Ադրբեջանը կարող են բանակցել այսպես կոչված ավտոնոմիայի շուրջ։ Ավտոնոմիայի բլեֆի մասին հայտարարել էր հենց ինքը՝ Սամվել Բաբայանը, իբր աննկատ Արցախից փախչելուց հետո, հայտնվելով Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության տաղավարում և նշելով, թե կա պայմանավորվածություն Ադրբեջանի հետ՝ գաղտնի բանակցություններ էր վարում իբր Արցախին ավտոնոմիա տալու համար։

Բաբայանի պրոեկտը կարելի է փակված համարել նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար, նա հույս ուներ, որ Բաբայանին կհաջողվի վերահսկողություն սահմանել արցախահայության գոնե մի զգալի հատվածի նկատմամբ։ Իրականում Բաբայանի ողջ հաշվարկը եղել է վատ արկածախնդրություն, նա ինքն էլ փորձում էր տեղավորվել ռուսների և ադրբեջանցիների շահերի տիրույթում՝ գիտակցելով, որ նրանք էլ շահագրգռված են, որ հայերի մի մասը մնա Արցախում և Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղարը փորձում էր պայմաններ թելադրել՝ «Եթե ուզում եք, որ արցախահայության մի մասը հետ վերադառնա, ավտոնոմիա տվեք»։ Այս կերպ Բաբայանն ինքը փորձում էր արցախահայության մի հատվածին կերակրել պատրանքներով, վերադարձնել Արցախ։

Գործարքն իհարկե, ի սկզբանե դատապարտված էր ձախողման, քանի որ Ադրբեջանն ավտոնոմիայի մասին որևէ խոսակցություն չէր կարող տանել՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ այդ երկրում բազամաթիվ ազգային փոքրամասնություններ են ապրում, որոնք ևս կարող են ինքնավարության հարց բարձրացնել։ Նման հեքիաթների չէին հավատա նաև արցախցիները, ի տարբերություն փաշինյանական զոմբիների, նրանք ռեալ կյանքով ապրած, դժվարություններ տեսած մարդիկ են և հրաշալի գիտեն, թե ինչի է ընդունակ Ադրբեջանը։

Բաբայանի ավանտյուրան լուրջ չէր կարող դիտվել նաև Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի համար, ուստի և այդ փուչիկը տապալվեց այնպես, որ Սամվել Բաբայանն ինքն էլ արձանագրեց այդ ծրագրի տապալումը։

Գործող իշխանություններն էլ չափազանց դժգոհ էին իրենց կատարածուից, որը որոշակի լուրջ դիվիդենտների դիմաց էր ծառայություններ առաջարկում, մասնավորապես, Արցախի ներկայացուցչության դիմաց հոկտեմբերի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած խժդժությունների մասով Փաշինյանն ակնկալում էր, որ Արցախի նախկին իշխանությունների դեմ այդ խժդժություններին ավելի մեծ թվով մարդիկ կմասնակցեն, սակայն ինքն էլ իր աչքով տեսավ, որ Բաբայանի ռեսուրսներն իրականում սահմանափակ են, իսկ նա չունի համապատասխան աջակցություն արցախցիների շրջանում։
