Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը ստագնացիայի մեջ է

Հայաստանի տնտեսական վիճակի վերջին տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ, ըստ էության, տնտեսական ռեալ հատվածը լավագույն դեպքում ստագնացիայի մեջ է։ Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը հրապարակել է այս տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբերի տնտեսական ակտիվության վիճակագրական տվյալները, նշել, որ 2022 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբերի համեմատությամբ տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը կազմել է 9,7 %։

Արդյունաբերությունն ընդհանրապես տնտեսական ակտիվության առումով նվազում է արձանագրել, աննշան, չնչին չափով աճել է գյուղատնտեսությունը, իսկ տնտեսական աճ հիմնականում լրացվել է շինարարության, առևտրի և ծառայութունների ոլորտներում։ Այսինքն, հավելյալ արժեք, որպես այդպիսին չի ստեղծվել ո՚չ արդյունաբերության, ո՛չ գյուղատնտեսությունում։ Սա ցույց է տալիս, որ տնտեսության իրական հատվածը կանգնած է, սպասողական վիճակում է գտնվում, ինչը բնական է, քանի որ այն անորոշությունը, որ պայմանավորված է անընդհատ պատերազմի սպասումով, ավելացրել է Ռուսաստանի հետ տնտեսական հարաբերությունների սառեցման վտանգով, իսկ բիզնեսը սովորաբար շատ ավելի զգայուն է նման հարցերում, զգուշավոր կեցվածք է ընդունել։ Բոլոր ոլորտները սառեցրել են իրենց հիմնական գործառնությունները, ներդրումային ծրագրերի մասին էլ խոսք լինել չի կարող։ Գործարարներն, օրինակ, հասկանում են, որ գազի պայմանագրի վերակնքման ժամկետը մոտենում է և չի բացառվում, որ էներգակիրների գների մասով պայմանները կարող են փոխվել, ինչը կարող է սպանել հայաստանյան տնտեսությունը՝ սկսած արդյունաբերությունից, վերջացրած գյուղատնտեսությունով, որտեղ հավելյալ արժեք ստեղծելու մեջ գազի, օրինակ, տեսակարար կշիռը չափազանց բարձր է։

Մեր տեղեկութուններով՝ բազմաթիվ հայտնի տնտեսագետներ նախապատրաստվում են լուրջ վերլուծություններ ներկայացնել առկա վտանգների մասին, որին կարող են հանգեցնել գործող իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականությունը։ Պրակտիկ տնտեսագետները ներկայացնելու են հնարավոր վտանգները, ի դեպ, իշխանամերձ օլիգարխներն էլ պատերի տակ և իրար մեջ լուրջ դժգոհություններ են արտահայտում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարած տնտեսական քաղաքականությունից, կարծում են, թե նա գիտակցաբար, կամ անգիտակցաբար տապալման է տանում Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը։  Իրականում որևէ ռեալ բան չկա, հատկապես ծաղրում են նրա «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկը», որը ոչ մի պրակտիկ օգուտ չի կարող բերել Հայաստանին, ընդհակառակը, կարող է դառնալ հերթական հարվածը Հայաստանի քաղաքական և տնտեսական ապագային։
