Դժբախտ դեպք Երևանում. ամուսինը դաժան ծեծի է ենթարկել կնոջը. վերջինս մահացել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ 34-ամյա կնոջը ծանր մարմնական վնաս հասցնելով անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից։

2017թ. օգոստոսի 3-ին՝ ժամը 06:35-ին, «Շտապբուժօգնություն» ՊՓԲ ընկերությունից ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ Երեւան քաղաքի Թումանյան փողոցի բնակարաններից մեկում մահացել է Մ. Աղաջանյանը՝ ծնված 1983թ.:

Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը, որտեղ հայտնաբերվել է 34-ամյա կնոջ դին՝ բռնության հետքերով:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով (Դիտավորությամբ առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է տուժողի մահը), եւ ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ կնոջ՝ մարմնական վնասվածքներ ստանալու հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, հարցաքննվել տարբեր անձինք։

Արդյունքում՝ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ Մ. Աղաջանյանը ամուսնու կողմից պարբերաբար ենթարկվել է բռնությունների:

34-ամյա կնոջ ամուսինը ձերբակալվել է բռնություն գործադրելու կասկածանքով:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։ Իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
