Ի՞նչ են ուզում ասել նման հաղորդագրություններով․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՌԴ ՊՆ վերջին շրջանի հաղորդագրությունները, իսկ երեկվանը՝ առավել ևս, միանգամից ուշադրություն են գրավում առնվազն տարօրինակ բովանդակությամբ, եթե ավելին չասենք: Նույնիսկ կասկածում ես՝ ո՞վ է նման բան շարադրել, միգուցե մի ինչ-որ երգիծաբա՞ն: Եվ այսպես, Ռուսաստանի ՊՆ-ն հոկտեմբերի 22-ին հաղորդում է. «Ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախումբը շարունակում է առաջադրանքներ իրականացնել Ղարաբաղի տարածքում. Բաքվի հետ շարունակական փոխգործակցությունը պահպանվում է՝ ուղղված արյունահեղության կանխմանը, անվտանգության ապահովմանը և խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ մարդասիրական իրավունքի պահպանմանը»: Խոսքը, կներեք, այդ ո՞ր կամ ի՞նչ «խաղաղ բնակչության նկատմամբ մարդասիրական իրավունքի պահպանման մասին է»:

Այդ ի՞նչ «արյունահեղություն» են կանխում հոկտեմբերի 20-22-ին ռուսական խաղաղապահները ամբողջովին դատարկված Արցախում, որտեղ հայ չի մնացել: Նույնիսկ դժվար է որևէ որակում տալ սրան: Կամ՝ նշվում է, թե՝ «ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորախմբի պատասխանատվության գոտում հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել»: Ի՞նչ «հրադադարի ռեժիմ», ո՞վ պիտի այն խախտեր: Հայաթափված Արցախը հեղեղած ադրբեջանական զինված հրոսակախմբերը պիտի Արցախ մտած թուրքական զորքի վրա՞ հարձակվեին: Հիմա՝ «ամենահզոր» տեքստը. «Ռուս խաղաղապահների մասնակցությամբ աշխատանքները շարունակվում են Ղարաբաղի բնակեցված շրջաններին էլեկտրաէներգիայի և գազի մատակարարման վերականգնման ուղղությամբ»: Արցախի՝ ումո՞վ «բնակեցված շրջանների» մասին է խոսքը:

Ի՞նչ «բնակեցված շրջաններ»: Ու քանի՞ մարդ կա այդ «բնակեցված շրջաններում»: Լավ, իսկապես, ի՞նչ են ուզում ասել ՌԴ ՊՆ-ում նման հաղորդագրություններով. ո՞ւմ են ումից պաշտպանում՝ Արցախ բերված ադրբեջանական թուրքերին... ադրբեջանական զինուժի՞ց: Ո՞ւմ են գազ և հոսանք մատակարարում: Ի՞նչ երթևեկության անվտանգություն են ապահովում, միգուցե ադրբեջանաթուրքական «քեմալական» զորավարժություններին մասնակցող օկուպանտների զինտեխնիկայի՞ երթևեկությունը...

Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցները, տարբեր պաշտոնյաներ ու փորձագետներ ամենատարբեր բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ շարունակ մուննաթ են գալիս, թե Արևմուտքը հայերին տրամադրում է Ռուսաստանի դեմ: Չէ, Արևմուտքում շատ «հացուպանիր պիտի ուտեն», որ Ռուսաստանի դեմ տրամադրելու գործում հասնեն նույն Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնական որոշ շրջանակներին ու հենց... նման տեքստերին...
