Ծխախոտը, հետույքը և հին անեկդոտը

Կառավարությունն այսօր ընդունեց ծխելու դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարությունը: Ռազմավարության նպատակն է ծխախոտի օգտագործման տարածվածությունը տարեկան 1,5-2 %-ով նվազեցնելը:

Առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը այսօր կառավարության նիստին ներկայացրեց ծխելու դեմ պայքարի ռազմավարությանը և այդ ռազմավարության 2017-2020 թվականների միջոցառումների ծրագրին հավանություն տալու մասին որոշման նախագիծը:

Սրա հետ կապված մի հին անեկդոտ հիշեցի.

Հանդիպում են երկու ընկերներ ու սկսում են կիսվել իրենց խնդիրներից: Մեկը պատմում է, որ տղան շատ է ծխում, մյուսը խորհուրդ է տալիս ու ասում.

_Ամեն անգամ, սիգարետ առնելուց, հատիկները հատ-հատ մտցրու հետևդ, հետո տուփով տուր տղայիդ, թող ծխի վերջացնի, նոր կասես, թե ինչ ես արել:

Որոշ ժամանակ անց ընկերները նորից հանդիպում են: Ու խորհրդատուն հարցնում է, թե օգնե՞ց իր խորհուրդը: Մյուս ընկերը պատասխանում է.

_Խորհուրդդ օգնեց, տղաս ծխելը թողեց, բայց ես չեմ կարողանում սիգարետները հետևս մտցնելու սովորությունից ազատվեմ:

Հիմա մեր առողջության մասին մտածողներն են հայտնվել մոտավորապես նման վիճակում: Իրենք խոսում են, տեսություններ զարգացնում, այդ տեսությունները հերքում, ու նորերը առաջ քաշում, դրանով իսկ հայտնվելով ծօծաղելի վիճակում: Օրինակ մառազմատիկ է տխրահռչակ նախարարի պնդումն առ այն, ծխախոտի օգտագործման տարածվածության (տարեկան 1,5-2 %-ով) նվազեցում, 15 և բարձր տարիքի տղամարդկանց շրջանում ծխախոտի օգտագործման տարածվածության ընթացիկ ցուցանիշի հարաբերական կրճատում մինչև 10%-ով:

Բարեկամս, հիմա օրենքն արգելում է մինչև 18 տարեկան անձանց սիգարետ վաճառելը: Վերահսկեք, բարի եղեք կատարել ձեր պարտականությունները, այլ ոչ թե նորերը հորինեք, ո՞վ է մեղավոր, որ ձեր տեղում չեք:
