Կալկունիում կառուցվում է 8 ֆուտբոլային դաշտի տարածքով արևային էլեկտրակայան

Grani.lv-ն գրում է, որ Լատվիայի Աուգսդաուգավայի շրջանի Կալկուն թաղամասում սկսվել է Kalkūne SES արևային էլեկտրակայանի շինարարությունը, որի ներդրումները կազմել են ավելի քան 10 միլիոն եվրո, այդ թվում Swedbank-ի կողմից գրեթե 5 միլիոն եվրո։

Էլեկտրակայանը տարեկան կարտադրի 13500 ՄՎտ/ժ էլեկտրաէներգիա, ինչը բավարար է Դաուգավպիլսի շրջակայքում գտնվող առնվազն 6500 տնային տնտեսությունների էլեկտրաէներգիայի կարիքն ամբողջությամբ բավարարելու համար։ Նախատեսվում է, որ Կալկուն արևային էլեկտրակայանը կսկսի էկոլոգիապես մաքուր էներգիա արտադրել այս տարվա վերջին:

Արևային էլեկտրաէներգիան Լատվիայի և այլ երկրների կախվածությունը նավթից և գազից նվազեցնելու ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցներից մեկն է, սակայն, համեմատած ԵՄ այլ երկրների հետ, Լատվիան գտնվում է արևային էներգիայի արտադրության զարգացման վաղ փուլում: Ինչպես ցույց է տալիս այն երկրների փորձը, որտեղ նման կայանքները գործում են մի քանի տասնամյակ, արևային էլեկտրակայանները ոչ միայն տնտեսապես շահավետ են, այլ նաև էկոլոգիապես և սոցիալապես անվտանգ, չեն պահանջում տարածքի զգալի վերակառուցում, չեն աղմկում և չեն աղտոտում շրջակա միջավայրը շահագործման ընթացքում.

Այս տարվա սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Աուգշդաուգավայի մունիցիպալիտետի շինարարական վարչությունն արևային էլեկտրակայանի կառուցման թույլտվություն է տվել Կալկուն թաղամասում։ 8 ֆուտբոլի դաշտի չափ տարածքի վրա կտեղադրվի 24000 արևային մարտկոց։ Արդեն սկսվել են տարածքի նախապատրաստման աշխատանքները, որից հետո կսկսվեն արևային էլեկտրակայանների և մալուխային գծերի շինարարությունը։ Դրան կհաջորդի պանելների հավաքումը, կայանի փորձարկումն ու գործարկումը: Մինչև այս տարվա վերջ կայանը էկոլոգիապես մաքուր էլեկտրաէներգիա կտրամադրի տեղի բնակիչներին և ձեռնարկություններին, ինչը կնվազեցնի կախվածությունը կենտրոնացված էներգիայի մատակարարումից:

Արվիդ Կուցինս, Աուգշդաուգավայի տարածաշրջանային խորհրդի նախագահ. «Մենք կարող ենք ուրախ լինել, որ արդեն այս տարի Լատվիայի ամենամեծ արևային էլեկտրակայաններից մեկը կկառուցվի տարածաշրջանում: Այդ կանաչ ենթակառուցվածքի նախագիծը կարևոր ներդրում է անկախություն և էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության ինքնարժեքի նվազեցման Լատվիայի ընդհանուր ջանքերում»:

էլեկտրակայանի կառուցման և շահագործման ընթացքում մեծ ուշադրություն կդարձվի շրջակա միջավայրի պաշտպանությանը և կենսաբազմազանության պահպանմանը. օբյեկտի տարածքում կստեղծվի բնական մարգագետին միջատների և կենդանիների համար հատուկ ստեղծված միջավայրերով, որը կարող է օգտագործվել նաև տեղացիների՝ մեղվաբույծների և ոչխարների հոտերի սեփականատերերի կողմից:
