Կա՞ մի բան, որի տապալման դեպքում Նիկոլը հրաժարական կտա

«Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ, նախկին պատգամավոր Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը գրել է․

«Ստեփանակերտում Ադրբեջանի դրոշի բարձրացումը բոլոր նորմալ  մարդկանց ողբերգությունն էր։ Մեծ հաշվով այդ դրոշը բարձրացվել է մեր տների, մեր երեխաների օրորոցների, մեր եկեղեցիների վրա՝ ամենուր։ Եվ այդպես է լինելու, քանի դեռ Երևանում չի իջեցվել ԱՆԱՐԺԱՆԱՊԱՏՎՈՒԹՅԱՆ դրոշը։

Նորմալ չէ, որ Արցախ կորցնելուց հետո Երևանում իշխանություն չի փոխվում, չի գտնվում գոնե մեկը, ով հրաժարական կտա։ Այս պահին աշխարհում նման երկրորդ պետություն և երկրորդ ժողովուրդ չկա։ Այստեղ է հիմնական խնդիրը։

Կա՞ մի բան, որի տապալման դեպքում Նիկոլը հրաժարական կտա. 5 տարում՝ չորս պատերազմ, պարտություններ ու անհաշիվ զոհեր, Արցախի հանձնում, ու նա մնում է իշխանության։ Էլ ի՞նչ պիտի լինի, որ նա համարի, որ ինքը տապալել է։ Սա նեղացնում է հարցի շրջանակը. կա´մ իր իշխանությունը չպետք է լինի, կամ մենք։ Բայց  այս պահին նրան դեռ դիմում են «մեծարգո»-ով։ Ալիևին մի պահ հանգիստ թողնենք, կենտրոնանանք մեզ վրա։ Սա ենք մենք՝ գոնե այսօր։

Մենք ունենք ԱՄՈԹԻ ԻՇԽԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ, և մեր խնդիրն է՝ ամեն կերպ  տարանջատվել դրանից։ Իշխանության նեղ խմբից, նրանց «մեծարգո» ասողներից, Նիկոլի նկարի տակ աշխատողներից պետք է տարանջատվել ու չխաբել մեզ, թե այն, ինչ կատարվում է, նորմալ է։ Սա մարդկության պատմության մեջ ամենաաննորմալ երևույթներից է։ Պետք է տարանջատվել ամեն կերպ, թողնել, որ չարիքի կորիզը նեղանա՝ մինչև իր նվազագույն չափերը։ Սա պետք է անել նաև ներքին հաշտեցման և պետական լայն համակարգի հետ երկխոսության ճանապարհով։ Սա պետք է անի նոր հարթակը, որտեղ չպիտի լինի կուսակցական կամ անհատական քվոտավորում, ապագա իշխանության մեջ երազած պաշտոնի մոտիվացիա, փայի կռիվ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Արցախին, ապա շատ դրոշներ են շատ վայրերում բարձրացվել ու ժամանակների փոփոխության արդյունքում իջեցվել։ Բաքու-Երևան- Բրյուսել- Մոսկվա համատեղ օպերացիայի արդյունքում դատարկված Արցախում դրոշ բարձրացնելով՝ Ալիևը մատնում է հենց դա։ Երևանում արժապատվության և գրագիտության դրոշի բարձրացումով արցախահայության իրավունքները՝ հայրենի հողում ապրելու, անվտանգ ապրելու, գույքային, հոգևոր ժառանգության և այլն, բարձրացվելու են ու լուծվելու։ Ու դա չի լինելու ռևանշիստական կամ ռազմատենչ իշխանություն, նոր պատերազմի պահանջ՝ ամենևին։ Հին իրականությունն այլևս չկա, նոր պայմանները նոր պատկերացումներ են պահանջում։

Իսկ եթե մենք չիջեցնենք ամոթի ու անարժանապատվության դրոշը Երևանում ու չբարձրացնենք նորը, դրանով ճանապարհ կբացենք ալիևյան նոր դրոշների համար։ Սա պետք է շատ հստակ հասկանալ և բացատրել հայ ժողովրդին։ Արցախի ողբերգությունը չի կատարվել երկու օրում, ոչ էլ վերջին 10 օրում։

Դա երկար ամիսների հարց էր, շրջափակման 9 ամիսների ընթացքում հասունացվում էր բուն ողբերգությունը։ 9 ամիս շարունակ մենք մեզ պահել ենք ծայրահեղ սխալ, և դրանք եղել են մի կողմից՝ ամենաստվերային պայմանավորվածությունների և մյուս կողմից՝ աններելի անգործության ամիսներ։ Սրա մասին պետք է խոսել, որքան էլ ցավոտ լինի ոմանց։ Առաջիկայում՝ անպայման»։
