«Ես վախենում եմ, որ նա այլ տարածքներ էլ կզիջի»

Ouest-france.fr-ը գրում է, որ Հայաստանի վարչապետը քննադատության է ենթարկվում Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտությունը տանուլ տալու և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կորստի համար: Բայց երկրում քաղաքական այլընտրանքների բացակայությունը նրան ժամանակավոր հանգստություն է տալիս։ Մաշված, կնճռոտ, բայց դեռ ժանյակավոր… 2008 թվականին հայտնաբերված աշխարհի այդ առաջին կոշիկը, որը թվագրվում է մ.թ.ա. 3-րդ դարով, հաղթական ցուցադրվում է Հայաստանի պատմության թանգարանում։ Թանգարանից 500 մետրից էլ քիչ այն կողմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարական պալատն է, որն իշխանության է անցել 5 տարի առաջ «Քայլ արա» բողոքի շարժմամբ։

Բայց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի հաղթանակից հետո 48-ամյա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնվել է ազգային ընդդիմության քննադատության կենտրոնում, նա մեղադրվում է հայկական այդ անկլավի կորստի պատասխանատուն լինելու մեջ։ «Փաշինյանը վախենում է մեր հարևաններից, ոչինչ չի վերահսկում, բոլորին մեղադրում է, բայց ոչ մի պատասխանատվություն չի վերցնում իր վրա»,- ասել է 28-ամյա Գրիգոր Ջանիկյանը։ Այդ երիտասարդը սեպտեմբերի վերջին մասնակցել է Հայաստանի մայրաքաղաքում տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ակցիաներին՝ պահանջելով վարչապետի հրաժարականը։ «Նա դավաճան է։ Ես վախենում եմ, որ նա այլ տարածքներ էլ կզիջի»,- ասել է «Երիտասարդությունը հանուն փոփոխության» ՀԿ-ի այդ անդամը։ Նախկին ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Աննա Կոստանյանի համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այլևս չունի լեգիտիմություն, նա հակահայկական օրակարգ է հետապնդում, նա ցանկանում է ազատվել տարածքային խնդիրներից, բայց Ադրբեջանը մտադիր չէ պացիֆիստ լինել: «Մեզ պետք է մեկը, ով չի ընդունի պարտությունը», - ասել է նա:

Հայաստանի ավանդական դաշնակից, բայց Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտությունից հեռու մնացած Ռուսաստանի ստվերը կախված է Հայաստանի ներքին քաղաքականության վրա: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին տարիների դիվանագիտությունը և Հայաստանի անցումը դեպի Արևմուտք հարիր չեն Մոսկվային, կա քաղաքական ցնցումների մեծ ռիսկ, քանի որ Կրեմլն ու նրա քարոզիչները խրախուսում են իշխանության տապալումը, զգուշացնում է ամերիկյան «Atlantic Council» վերլուծական կենտրոնի հետազոտող Անի Մեջլումյանը։ Սակայն 2020 թվականին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի երկրորդ պատերազմից հետո էլ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեծ տարբերությամբ հաղթեց ընտրություններում։ Նրա լիբերալ և եվրոպամետ ՔՊ կուսակցությունն ունի Ազգային ժողովի 107 մանդատից 71-ը։

Հայաստանը կենսունակ ընդդիմություն չունի. եթե Փաշինյանը հստակ ու արդյունավետ ազգային մրցակից ունենար, նա արդեն իշխանություն չէր լինի, կարծում է քաղաքագետ Կարեն Ավետիսյանը։ Քանի որ Հայաստանը բախվում է Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից անվտանգության շարունակական սպառնալիքների հետ, անհրաժեշտ է ուժեղացնել հանրային դիմադրությունը և ժողովրդավարությունը, զգուշացնում է Ժողովրդավարության և անվտանգության տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնի այդ վերլուծաբանը:
