Սեպտեմբերի 26-ին Լաչինի միջանցքում Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները առաջինը ձերբակալել են ռուսաստանցի գործարար, Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին։

NEWS.am-ի թղթակիցը զրուցել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարարի որդու՝ Դավիթ Վարդանյանի հետ։

- Դուք տեղեկություն ունե՞ք Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի մասին։ Կարողացա՞ք կապ հաստատել նրա հետ։

Այո, երեկ և անցած երեքշաբթի նա զանգել է մայրիկիս, ես ներկա չեմ եղել։ Ինչքան հասկացա՝ զանգը շատ կարճ է եղել։ Նա ասել է, որ լավ վիճակում է: Այլ մանրամասներ չեն քննարկել։ Նա ասել է, որ կարոտում է: Մենք  էլ նրան ենք կարոտում:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը նաև հայց է ներկայացրել միջազգային ատյաններ ոչ միայն հորս, այլև Ադրբեջանի կողմից տարված բոլոր գերիներին ազատ արձակելու համար։ Հոկտեմբերի 12-ին Հաագայում դատավարություն է լինելու նրանց հնարավոր ազատ արձակման վերաբերյալ։ Մենք մեծ հույս ունենք, որ այս գործընթացը հաջող ավարտ կունենա: Իհարկե, մենք նաև քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկում հորս ազատելու համար, բայց դրանց մասին դեռ վաղ է խոսել։
