Սեպտեմբերի 17-ը ցույց տվեց, որ ընտրությունների միջոցով իշխանափոխություն հնարավոր է

«Հրապարակի» զրուցակիցը «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանն է:

- Պարոն Առաքելյան, այսօր առավոտյան Երևանի ավագանին քաղաքապետ ընտրեց: Տիգրան Ավինյանին քաղաքապետ կարգելու համար իրեն ընդդիմադիր հռչակած «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը միացավ իշխող կուսակցությանը եւ վերջինիս օգտին քվեարկեց, Վարդան Ղուկասյանի «Հանրային ձայնն» էլ ապահովեց ընտրության քվորումը, որ նոր ընտրություններ չհայտարարվեն: Իրենց ընդդիմադիր հռչակած երկու կուսակցությունները փաստացի ՔՊ-ի հետ գործարքի գնացին: Ի՞նչ գնահատական կտաք այս ամենին:

- Այս ընտրություններից հետո պարզ էր, թե ինչ կարող է տեղի ունենալ: Ցանկացած ուժ պետք է մեկնաբանի, թե ինչ ծրագիր էր խոստանում ընտրություններից առաջ և ինչ արեց այսօր` ընտրություններից հետո ավագանու նիստում: Հասարակությունն ինքն է որոշում, թե ում ձայն տա, սակայն ամեն դեպքում, մենք կարծում էինք, որ այս ընտրություններով հնարավոր էր հասնել իշխանափոխության: Մենք արդեն երկու տարի է այդ մասին բարձրաձայնում էինք: Շատ ու շատ քաղաքական ուժեր, նաև հասարակությունը չեն հավատում, որ կարող է ընտրություններով տեղի ունենա իշխանափոխություն, սակայն փաստ է, որ ստեղծվեց մի պատկեր, երբ ՔՊ-ն հավաքեց քիչ ձայներ: Փաստացի ընտրությունների արդյունքներն ամրագրեցին, որ երևանցիների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը Քաղպայմանագրին չի վստահում, անկախ նրանից, որ Ավինյանն այսօր դարձավ քաղաքապետ: Այլ համայնքներում ևս ՔՊ-ն չունի վստահություն: Անկախ այն բանից, թե ավագանին ում ընտրեց քաղաքապետ, պետք է ֆիքսենք, որ ընտրությունների միջոցով իշխանափոխություն հնարավոր է: Սա լավ հնարավորություն է ՔՊ-ին իշխանազրկելու համար: Այս ուղերձը պետք է քաղաքացիներին հասանելի լինի առաջին հերթին: Ընտրությունների արդյունքը ցուցե լիներ այլ, եթե երևանցին չբոյկոտեր: Մարդիկ գուցե օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով չվստահեցին կուսակցություններին և չմասնակցեցին ընտրություններին, սակայն չեմ ուզում կոպիտ հնչի, բայց նրանք սխալվեցին: Անկախ հիասթափությունից, ամեն մարդ պետք է հասկանա, որ ունի հնարավորություն իշխանափոխություն իրականացնելու համար: Հուսով եմ, որ քաղաքական գործիչների աշխատանքի շնորհիվ ևս հնարավոր կլինի հաջորդ ընտրություններին կոտրել անտարբերության մթնոլորտը:

- Ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, որոնք հաղթահարել էին անցողիկ շեմը, կարող էին միավորվել և հաղթանակ տանել Երևանում, սակայն քաղաքական ամբիցիաները, գուցե նաև քաղաքական կամքի բացակայությունը թույլ չտվեցին նրանց այդ քայլին գնալ: Ինչո՞ւ:

- Ակնհայտ է, որ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի հնարավոր համագործակցությունը կարող էր ՔՊ-ին զրկել իշխանությունից: Դա քաղաքական իմաստով կարող էր շատ արդյունավետ լինել: Կոռեկտ չեմ համարում նրանց մեկնաբանելը, սակայն ցավում եմ, որ այդ շանսը չկա այլևս:
