Տիգրան Ավինյանը թվարկեց այն 4 քայլերը, որոնք իրականացնելու է պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո

Որո՞նք են այն կարևորագույն քայլերը, որոնք իրականացնելու է Տիգրան Ավինյանը Երևանի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց անմիջապես հետո:

Ավինյանը առաձնացրեց չորսը. առաջինը տրանսպորտային ցանցի և տրանսպորտային համակարգի ավարտական բարեփոխումներն են:

«Երևան քաղաքում շարունակվելու է թարմացվել շարժակազմը: Մենք ունենալու ենք նաև էլեկտրաավտոբուսներ: Մենք այս պահի դրությամբ ներդնում են միասնական տոմսային համակարգը բոլոր ավտոբուսներում, նաև տեղադրելու ենք մետրոյում, և երևանցիները կարողանալու են օգտվել ամբողջ ցանցից մեկ միասնական տոմսային համակարգով»,- ասաց Ավինյանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ առցանց քարտեզների միջոցով արդեն իսկ կարելի է տեսնել շարժվող ավտոբուսները, բայց շուտով կանգառներում, սեղմելով տեղադրված համակարգի վրա, հնարավոր կլինի տեսնել՝ երբ է ավտոբուսը տեղ հասնելու:

«Աբողջ Երևան քաղաքով նոր ցանց ենք ունենալու առանձնացված ավտոբուսային գծերի, որոնք առաջնահերթություն են տալու հանրային տրանսպորտով երթևեկող երևանցիների համար»,- ասաց նա՝ ընդգծելով, որ հանրային տրանսպորտը պետք է առավելություն ունենա:

Երկրորդը քաղաքաշինական հարցերն ու խնդիրներն են: Խոսքը, ըստ Ավինյանի, խնդրահարույց շինարարություններից, ապօրինի կառուցվող շինություններից, այգիներում կրպակներից և հին սրճարաններից ձերբազատվելու մասին է, նաև քաղաքի նոր տեսքը, նոր դեմքը ձևավորելու մասին: Այս առումով արդեն իսկ ստեղծվել է Քաղաքաշինական խորհուրդ:

Երրորդը աղբահանության խնդրի ամբողջական լուծումն է, Նուբարաշենի աղբավայրի կոնսերվացումը և  վերամշակման գործարանի կառուցումը:

Ավինյանն առանձնացրեց նաև չորրորդ անելիքը, որ պաշտոնը ստանձնելուց հետո առաջնահերթություն է լինելու. դրանք կապիտալ, խոշոր ծավալի ներդրումներն են, որոնք ուղղվելու են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գտնվող մանկապարտեզների, սպորտդպրոցների, դպրոցների արդիականացմանն ու հիմնանորոգմանը:
