Ո՞վ «կանաչ լույս» վառեց Արցախի հայաթափման համար․ «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շատերն են հասցրել նկատել, որ սեպտեմբերի 19-20-ին Ադրբեջանի՝ Արցախի վրա իրականացրած հարձակումը, ապա և Արցախի բռնի հայաթափումը փաշինյանական քարոզչամեքենան ամեն կերպ փորձում է կապակցել ԱՀ-ում նախագահի փոփոխության հետ: Իշխանական ու մերձիշխանական շրջանակներն այս օրերին ջանք չէին խնայում՝ տարածելու և հանրային ընկալման տիրույթում «մեխելու» համար մի թեզ, ըստ որի՝ Արցախում տեղի ունեցավ իշխանափոխություն, և այդ պատճառով Ադրբեջանը հարձակվեց: Ավելին, այդ հարձակման ծանրագույն հետևանքները ևս փաշինյանական շրջանակները ջանում են բարդել Արցախի՝ մի քանի օրվա նախագահի ու դեռ մի կարգին չվերաձևավորված կառավարության վրա:

Բացի այն, որ նման քարոզչությունն ուղղակի մանիպուլյատիվ է և նպատակ ունի մեղքերն այլոց վրա բարդել ու Փաշինյանին պլստացնել պատասխանատվությունից, վերը նշված «թեզերը» ուղղակիորեն իրականության ու դեպքերի պատճառահետևանքային կապի խեղաթյուրում են, եթե ոչ՝ նենգախեղում: Առաջին անողոք փաստն այն է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում, ապա դրանից հետո էլի մի քանի անգամ հայտարարել է, որ Արցախը ճանաչում է Ադրբեջանի մաս: Դրանով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գործնականում ազատ է արձակել Ադրբեջանի, Ալիևի ձեռքերը, որ նա ազատ է Արցախի հայության դեմ իրականացնել ցանկացած գործողություն, այդ թվում՝ բլոկադա, էթնիկ զտում, ըստ էության՝ ցեղասպանություն, իսկ Հայաստանը դրան կարձագանքի առավելագույնը հայտարարություններով, կոչերով:

Ավելին, մյուս անողոք փաստն այն է, որ ո՛չ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ո՛չ էլ նրա իշխանության այլ ներկայացուցիչներ չշնորհավորեցին Սամվել Շահրամանյանին, երբ Արցախի ԱԺ-ն նրան ընտրեց նախագահ: Ի դեպ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության համար խստորեն անհանգստացող Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանը այդ օրերին ակնարկել էր, թե տեղյակ է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը, ադրբեջանականի պես, անհանգստացած է Արցախում նոր նախագահ ընտրելու փաստից: Երկրորդի հետ փոխկապակցված մյուս անողոք փաստն այն է, որ չշնորհավորելով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը առավել քան պարզ ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանը ոչ մի կերպ, ոչ մի ձևով չի պաշտպանելու Արցախի հայությանը, ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկելու, մի խոսքով՝ ձեռքերը վերջնականապես է լվացել Արցախից և այնտեղի փոփոխությունների հետ որևէ կապ չունի, որքան, օրինակ՝ Ադրբեջանը:

Ըստ փորձագետների, «չշնորհավորելը» Ալիևի համար յուրատեսակ «կանաչ լույս» էր, որ նա անպատիժ կարող է անել Արցախի ու Արցախի հայության հետ այն, ինչ կուզի, իսկ Հայաստանը կմնա դիտորդի դերում: Նա էլ արեց՝ անարգել սկսեց պատերազմել փոքրիկ և միայնակ մնացած պետության հետ, հայաթափեց հազարամյակներով հայկական ու հայերի համար բնօրրանային Արցախը:
