Հիմնական բացասական գործոնը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ իշխանության գալն էր

Regnum.ru–ն «Փաշինյանի հաղթանակը. ռուսներն սկսել են ավելի հաճախ «համակրել» Բաքվին, քան Երևանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ սեպտեմբերի վերջին ռուսաստանցիների շրջանում արցախյան հակամարտության կողմերի նկատմամբ նրանց վերաբերմունքի վերաբերյալ հարցման արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ ռուսների 74 %-ը չի համակրում ո՛չ Ադրբեջանին, ո՛չ Հայաստանին։ Եվս 8 %-ը դժվարացել է պատասխանել։ Մնացյալ 18 %-ից 10 %-ը Ադրբեջանի կողմից է, և միայն 8 %-ն է Հայաստանին համակրում: Նախկինում թվերը ուրիշ էին, ռուսները շատ ավելի համակրում էին հայերին, քան ադրբեջանցիներին:

Օրինակ՝ 2016 թվականին հարաբերակցությունը կազմել էր 15 %՝ 4%-ի դիմաց, իսկ 2020 թվականին՝ 15%՝ 6%-ի դիմաց: Եվ այդ հարաբերակցությունը համարվում էր տրամաբանական։ Ի վերջո, Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի դաշնակիցն էր, իսկ Ադրբեջանը՝ Թուրքիայի արբանյակը։ Հայաստանում առկա է ռուսական բազա, իսկ Ադրբեջանում՝ ոչ։ Հայաստանի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը ամենառուսամետ տարածքներից մեկն էր, մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանում կառուցվում էր «թուրքական աշխարհ»: Եվ, վերջապես, հայերը քրիստոնյա են, իսկ ադրբեջանցիները՝ մահմեդական։

Հայաստանի համար հարաբերություններում նման առավելությունը շատ կարևոր էր։ Դա երաշխավորում էր, որ ցանկացած իշխանության օրոք Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունը կաջակցի հայկական կողմին։ Բայց Երևանը կորցրել է այդ առավելությունը և կորցրել է այն միանգամայն բնական եղանակով՝ գործողությունների ու անգործությունների մի ամբողջ շարքի պատճառով: Հիմնական բացասական գործոնը, իհարկե, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ իշխանության գալն էր։ Նա այն մարդն է, որն ունի Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշինքից հրաժարվելու գաղափարներ և իշխանության գալուց անմիջապես հետո սկսեց իրականացնել դա։ Փոխարենը Ադրբեջանն այլ բան արեց, նա մեծ գումարներ ներդրեց Ռուսաստանում իր իմիջի վրա։

Բաքուն և Անկարան ֆինանսավորում են հատուկ հրապարակումները, առանձին ռուսաստանյան մեդիա փորձագետների, գիտական հանրությանը և այլն, որպեսզի բոլորին ցույց տան, որ հարուստ, կայուն և ոչ ռուսաֆոբ Ադրբեջանը կարող է շատ ավելի խոստումնալից և վստահելի դաշնակից լինել, քան աղքատ, միշտ դժգոհ Հայաստանը, ընդ որում՝ Փաշինյանի Հայաստանը: Եվ հիմա, վերլուծելով հայերի և ադրբեջանցիների նկատմամբ ռուսների վերաբերմունքը արտահայտող թվերը, նկատվում է նման քաղաքականության միանգամայն բնական արդյունքը։

Հետևաբար, հնարավոր է, որ եթե Փաշինյանը հիմա հայտարարի ՀԱՊԿ-ից Հայաստանի դուրս գալու մասին, ապա ռուսական հասարակությունը նույնիսկ արագացում կհաղորդի Հայաստանի ելքին։ Ելք, որը Հայաստանին կբերի պետականության, իսկ Ռուսաստանին՝ Կովկասում իր միակ դաշնակցի կորստի, բայց որի համար ռուսների առնվազն 84 %-ը չի զղջա։
