Ինքնիշխանության քողի ներքո` Հայաստանը դարձնում են խամաճիկ պետություն. Աննա Կոստանյան

Աննա Կոստանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Հռոմի ստատուտը վավերացնելով` գործող ռեժիմը հանձնեց Հայաստանի դիմադրության հերթական գործիքները։ Մի կողմ դնելով այն հանգամանքը, թե ինչ քաղաքական ռիսկեր ու խնդիրներ է առաջացնելու այս վավերացումը, կամ ինչ է տալու Հայաստանին և ինչ է վերցնելու Հայաստանից, սա ուղիղ կերպով նվազեցնում և սահմանափակում է ՀՀ ինքնիշխանությունը։

Եթե ապագայում Հայաստանում ազգային իշխանություն ձևավորվի, որի համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծվեն Արցախն ազատագրելու համար, Հռոմի ստատուտի ընդունման արդյունքում ՄԱԿ Միջազգային քրեական դատարանը պատասխանատվության է կանչելու, ձերբակալման ու հանձնման պահանջ է դնելու, այնուհետև դատապարտման է ենթարկելու բոլոր այն մարդկանց, ովքեր պայմանականորեն ներգրավված կլինեն Արցախի ազատագրման մեջ։

Ինքնիշխանության քողի ներքո` Հայաստանը դարձնում են խամաճիկ պետություն։ Հռոմի ստատուտի ընդունմանը իշխանական ՔՊ 71 հոգանոց խմբակցությունից 60-ը քվեարկեցին կողմ ։
