Նոր սպանդ. զենքով հարց լուծելը դառնում է միջոց

Օգոստոսի 1-ի լրահոսը սկսվեց բավականին ողբերգական իրադարձության մասին լուրերով: Արագածոտնի մարզի եզդիաբնակ Շամիրամ գյուղի սգո սրահներից մեկի տարածք էր ներխուժել զինված անձ և կրակ բացել, ինչի հետևանքով կան զոհեր և վիրավորներ: Այժմ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում են իրավապահ տարբեր մարմիններ, փորձ է արվում գտնել զինված անձին և պարզել դեպքի մանրամասները: Առավել մանրամասն ՝ այստեղ:

Դեռևս երեկ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ողբերգական դեպք էր եղել Սևանում, երբ տղան զենքով սպանել ու վրեժ էր լուծել հորը ծեծելով սպանող երիտասարդներից մեկին: Հիմա էլ նման ողբերգական դեպք: Ասում են, թե տեղի ունեցածի պատճառը կենցաղային է՝ կապված ինչ-որ պարտքերի հետ: Դեպքի մանրամասները դեռ կպարզվեն:

Հետաքրքրական է մեկ այլ բան, որ զենքով հարց լուծելը դառնում է արդեն հաճախակի հանդիպող և լեգիտիմ երևույթ հասարակության շրջանում, անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե հիմքում կենցաղային, քաղաքական, թե անձնական խնդիրներ են: Անցյալ տարի տեղի ունեցած հուլիսյան դեպքերից հետո, Սասնա ծռերի հակառակորդները, մասնավորապես իշխանությունը ՝հղում անելով ծռերի աջակիցների քանակին, նշում էին, որ զենքով հարցեր լուծելու պրակտիկան այդքան է չի ողջունվում հասարակության կողմից: Իսկապես, այդ օրերին, չնայած բազմամարդ ակցիաներին, հաց բերողից բացի ոչ-ոք այդպես էլ ծռերին չմիացավ:

Սասնա ծռերի գործողությունը, դրան նախորդած ՝ Նորքի զինված խմբի բացահայտումը և դրան հաջորդած ՝ Սամվել Բաբայանի Իգլայի գործը, այս բոլոր երեք գործերի հանրային հնչեղություն ունեցող դատավարությունները, սակայն, փաստացի հասել են մեկ նպատակի ՝ Հայաստանում այլևս զենքով հարց լուծելը դարձել է լեգիտիմ: Իսկ սա տեղի է ունեցել երկու պատճառով: Փաստացի Հայաստանում արդարադատության համակարգը չունի բավարար վստահություն հանրության կողմից և մարդիկ նախընտրում են հարցերը լուծել ավանդական մեթոդներով ՝ արյան վրեժ, վենդետա, հաշվեհարդար և այլն:

Սրան զուգահեռ փոփոխվում է նաև հասարակության արժեհամակարգը և նույն ավանդական ինստիտուտներից շատերը այլևս չեն կարողանում արդարեցնել իրենց և պահպանել հասարակական համակեցության որոշակի խաղի կանոններ: Ընդհանրական ասած ՝ խնդիր կա թե գրված կանոնների, թե չգրված կանոնների հետ: Սոցիալական համընդհանուր ապատիան և տնտեսական վիճակն էլ այս ամենի համար հանդիսանում են կատալիզատորներ և մենք գնալով ավելի շատ ենք ականատես լինելու ինքնադատաստանի դեպքերի:
