Բեռնատարների արևային մարտկոցները կարող են տարեկան 10000 մղոն լրացուցիչ ընթացք ապահովել

560 ձիաուժ նախնական հզորությամբ փորձարարական հիբրիդային բեռնատարը հագեցած է 18 մետրանոց կցասայլով, որը ծածկված է 100 քմ արևային մարտկոցներով։ Դա նրան տալիս է միջին տան արևային մակերեսը՝ 13,2 կՎտ հզորություն:

Բեռնատարն օգտագործում է նոր թեթև տանդեմ արևային բջիջներ հիմնված Midsummer արևային մարտկոցների և նոր պերովսկիտ արևային մարտկոցների համակցության վրա: Շվեդիայում աշխատելիս այն տարեկան արտադրում է մոտ 8000 կՎտժ: Հետազոտական ​​բեռնատարի մարտկոցներն ունեն 300 կՎտ/ժ հզորություն, որից 100 կՎտ/ժ-ը՝ բեռնատարում, 200 կՎտ/ժ-ը՝ կցասայլում։

Նույնիսկ հաշվի առնելով Շվեդիայում արևային էներգիայի համեմատաբար քիչ արդյունավետությունը պայմանավորված աշխարհագրական դիրքով և եղանակային պայմաններով, բեռնատարի արևային էներգիան ապահովում է տարեկան մինչև 5000 կմ լրացուցիչ վազք: Ավելի շատ արևային ժամեր ունեցող երկրներում կարելի է ակնկալել ավելի մատչելի արևային էներգիա: Հետազոտողները կարծում են, որ արևային էներգիայի ներդրումը կկրկնապատկվի հասարակածին մոտ գտնվող երկրների համար: Արևային մարտկոցներով հագեցած բեռնատարները կարող են այնտեղ տարեկան լրացուցիչ 10000 կմ վազք կատարել առանց հավելյալ ծախսերի։ Դա ամսական 830 կմ է, և այդ ցուցանիշն ապագայում կարող է աճել ևս 1,5-2 անգամ, քանի որ շուկա դուրս կգան ավելի արդյունավետ արևային մարտկոցներ։ Նախագիծը ֆինանսավորվում է շվեդական Vinnova ինովացիոն գործակալության կողմից։
