Երևանի Խորենացի փողոցում սանիկը դանակահարել է քավորին

1in.am\ Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է Բագրատ Ա.-ի գործի դատական քննությունը:

Բագրատ Ա.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրված սպանության փորձի համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2015 թվականի օգոստոսին Բագրատը դիմել է իր քավոր Արտյոմ Բ.-ի կնոջը՝ առաջարկելով ապառիկ կարգով ձեռք բերել բջջային հեռախոս, հանձնել իրեն՝ վաճառելու, ստացված գումարով առկա խնդիրները լուծելու համար:

Քավորի տիկինն ընդառաջել է Բագրատին, իր անունով ապառիկով բջջային հեռախոս է գնել ու հանձնել է Բագրատին:

Վերջինս ստանձնել է ապառիկի տոկոսագումարները ամսեամիս վճարելու պարտավորությունը: Հետագայում Բագրատը պատշաճ չի կատարել վճարումները: Արդյունքում Բագրատի ու քավորի հարաբերությունները լարվել են:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2016 թվականի նոյեմբերի 13-ին, գիշերվա ժամը 1-ն անց 15-ի սահմաններում Խորենացու 2-րդ նրբանցքի 38 տան դիմաց Բագրատ Ա.-ն հանդիպել է Արտյոմ Բ.-ին, նրանք վիճել են և վեճի ընթացքում Արտյոմին կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ Բագրատը իր մոտ եղած դանակով 7 անգամ հարվածել է Արտյոմ Բ.-ի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ կրծքավանդակին, որովայնին ու ձեռքին՝ պատճառելով կրծքավանդակի առաջնային մակերեսի աջ կեսի, որովայնի աջ կեսի թափանցող, գոտկային շրջանի ձախ կեսի, ձախ բազկի, ձախ նախաբազկի ծակած-կտրած վերքեր՝ կրծոսկրի, առպատային թերթիկի, որովայնամզի վնասումով, հեմոթորաքսով, հետորովայնամզային արյունահավաքով, խորանիստ մկանների վնասումով:
