Արևային վահանակները տիեզերքում իրատեսական են

Եվրոպական տիեզերական ընկերակցության աստղագնաց Թիմո Թի Փիքը կարծում է, թե տիեզերքում արևային էլեկտրակայանների ստեղծումն արևային վահանակների տեղադրման միջոցով արդեն բացարձակապես իրատեսական է։ «Գարդիա» պարբերականի փոխանցմամբ՝ Թիմո Թի Փիքը Մեծ Բրիտանիայի առաջին աստղագնացն է, որը եղել է միջազգային տիեզերակայանում և նաև առաջինը բրիտանացիների մեջ, որ դուրս է եկել բաց տիեզերք։

Այժմ նա աշխատում է եվրոպական տիեզերական ընկերակցությունում և կարծում է, թե 1000 տոննա սարքավորումները տիեզերք ուղարկելու արժեքն իրատեսական է, նման արձակումների արժեքի նվազման շնորհիվ, այսինքն կարելի է մոտ ապագայում տիեզերք ուղարկել այնպիսի սարքավորումներ, ինչպիսիք արևային էլեկտրակայաններն են, որոնք բաղկացած են բազմաթիվ արևային վահանակներից, որպեսզի ավելի շատ էլեկտրաէներգիա ստանան։

Եվրոպական տիեզերական ընկերակցությունն արդեն իրականացնում է հետազոտություններ այդ ուղղությամբ։ Գիտնականները հուսով են՝ 2025 թվականին Եվրամիության գործադիր մարմին ներկայացնել տիեզերական էլեկտրակայանի շինարարության տնտեսական հիմնավորում։ Փիքի խոսքերով՝ նման էլեկտրակայանի ստեղծումը շահավետ կլինի, եթե ուղեծիր մեկ կգ բեռի ուղարկելու արժեքը չգերազանցի 1000 դոլարը։ Ներկայումս, ըստ Պիքի, 1 կգ բեռի արձակումը կազմում է 2700 դոլար, սակայն Իլոն Մասկի «Սպեյսիս» ընկերության «Ֆալկոն Հիվի» և «Ստար շիփ» հրթիռների միջոցով դրանց գինը կարող է իջնել մինչև 1500 և 300 դոլար համապատասխանաբար։

Հայաստանն արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերություն ունի՝ «Սոլարոնը»։
