Շվեյցարիայում դեմ են քվեարկել արևային էներգիայի լեռնային նախագծին

Շվեյցարիայի Վալե կանտոնում ընտրողները դեմ են արտահայտվել արևային էներգիայի ընդլայնմանը։ Օրերս կայացած հանրաքվեում, որին ցածր՝ 35,72 տոկոս մասնակցություն է գրանցվել, ընտրողների 54 տոկոսը դեմ է արտահայտվել նախագծին։ Հանրաքվեում որոշում էին՝ արդյո՞ք պետք է արագացնել լեռներում այսպես կոչված արևային ֆերմաների կամ արևային վահանակների պարկերի շինարարությունը և շահագործման հանձնումը։

Բարձրլեռնային գոտիներում տեղադրված արևային վահանակներն ի վիճակի են արտադրել լրացուցիչ էներգիայի ավելորդ ծավալներ, հատկապես ձմեռային պայմաններում։ Նման նախագծերի կողմնակիցները պնդում են, որ բարձրլեռներում տեղադրված արևային վահանակները չափազանց կարևոր են երկրի էներգախնայողության և էներգետիկ անվտանգության համար։ Նախագծերը նույնիսկ հակառակորդներ ունեին, որոնք առաջին հերթին բնապահպանական շարժումներն են և խմբերը՝ նշելով, որ նման արևային պարկերը լուրջ վնաս են հասցնում փխրուն լեռնային էկո սֆերային։

Իհարկե սա ընդամենը մեկ նահանգի մակարդակով իրականացվող քվեարկություն է, սակայն կարող է նախադեպային լուրջ որոշում դառնալ Եվրամիության համար։ Հանրաքվեն նախաձեռնել է «Կանաչների կուսակցությունը», «Պրոնատուրա» բնապահմանական ասոցիացիան և ևս 7 կազմակերպություններ, որոնք դեմ են արտահայտվել այս տարվա փետրվարին կանտոնի խորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված որոշմանը՝ բյուրոկրատական խոչընդոտները վերացնելու և լեռներում արևային վահանակներ տեղադրելու թույլտվությունների արագացման կապակցությամբ։ Մասնագետները նշում են, որ այս հանրաքվեն կարող է լուրջ խոչընդոտ լինել բարձրլեռնային տարածքներում արևային էներգիայի զարգացման գործում, ուստի Եվրամիությունը պետք է նոր ռազմավարություն որդեգրի, եթե ուզում է նվազեցնել էներգետիկ կախվածությունը։ Հանրաքվեն էական էր նրանով, որ լուրջ օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ կարող է հարուցել ամբողջ Եվրոպայի համար։
