Ով է վանաձորյան սրճարանում կրակոցներ արձակած անձը, և ինչ է հայտնաբերվել դեպքի վայրում

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 30-ին Վանաձոր քաղաքի սրճարաններից մեկում զենքի գործադրմամբ տեղի ունեցած խուլիգանության հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 30-ին ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, Վանաձորի «Սայաթ-Նովա» զբոսայգում գործող սրճարանում կրակոցներ են հնչել:

Ահազանգի հիման վրա նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ 45-ամյա տղամարդը Վանաձոր քաղաքի«Սայաթ- Նովա»-ի անվան զբոսայգում գործող սրճարանում «ԱԿՄ» տեսակի ինքնաձիգից արձակել է բազմաթիվ կրակոցներ,որը զուգորդվել է նշված սրճարանում գտնվող անձանց նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով:

Դեպքի առթիվ հուլիսի 30-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեականօրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով: Ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ: Նույն օրը 45-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվել է: Վերջինիս անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է նշված ինքնաձիգը՝ մեկ փամփուշտատուփով և 20 փամփուշտներով:

Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում հայտնաբերվել է 18 պարկուճ, 3 գնդակ, 4 փամփուշտ և մեկ դատարկ ինքնաձիգի պահեստատուփ:

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
