«Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքը խստորեն դատապարտում է Գարիկ Գալեյանին ազատությունից զրկելու՝ իշխանությունների ռեպրեսիվ գործելակերպը

«Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքը խստորեն դատապարկում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած իշխանության վախեցած-ռեպրեսիվ գործելակերպը, որի նոր դրսևորումը եղավ 44-օրյա պատերազմում հերոսաբար զոհված Մխիթար Գալեյանի հորը՝ Գարիկ Գալեյանին ազատությունից զրկելու և շինծու մեղադրանքներով կալանավորելու մասին որոշումը:

«Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքն արձանագրում է.

- Գարիկ Գալեյանը բազմիցս հրապարակավ հանդես է եկել գործող իշխանության հասցեին ամենասուր քննադատությամբ:

- Նա զոհված զինվորականների ծնողներին միավորող «Որդիների կանչ» ՀԿ հիմնադիր անդամ է:

- Փաշինյանական իշխանության ռեպրեսիվ մարմինների՝ Գարիկ Գալեյանի դեմ իրականացվող հետապնդումներն ակտիվացան անմիջապես այն բանից հետո, երբ «Որդիների կանչ» ՀԿ-ն հայտարարեց Երևանի ավագանու սեպտեմբերի 17-ի ընտրություններում «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքին աջակցելու մասին:

Հիմնվելով այս ակնհայտ իրողությունների վրա, «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքը հայտարարում է.

«Որդիների կանչ» ՀԿ անդամ, պատերազմում զոհվածի հայր Գարիկ Գալեյանի հանդեպ իշխանություններն իրականացնում են քաղաքական հետապնդում:

Միաժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով Գարիկ Գալեյանի առողջական վիճակը՝ նրան կալանավորելու որոշումը գնահատում ենք որպես անմարդկայնության ծայրահեղ դրսևորում:

Այսպիսի ռեպրեսիվ մեթոդներով իշխանությունը նպատակ ունի նաև ահաբեկել հասարակությանը:

Սա պատասխանատվության ենթարկվելու անխուսափելի ու մոտալուտ հեռանկարից սարսափած բռնապետական ռեժիմի պահվածք է:

«Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքը պահանջում է վերանայել Գարիկ Գալեյանին կալանավորելու որոշումը:

Միաժամանակ, «Մայր Հայաստան» դաշինքն աջակցություն է հայտնում գործող ռեժիմի կողմից քաղաքական հետապնդումների ենթարկվող հայրենակիցներին և քաղբանտարկյալներին: Մեր պայքարը նպատակաուղղված է այս ռեժիմից Հայաստանն օր առաջ ազատագրելուն, նշանակում է, նաև՝ քաղբանտարկյալների ազատվելու պահը մոտեցնելուն:
