Արցախի 95 տոկոսն է ընդդիմախոս Հայաստանի իշխանությանը. Ռուբեն Վարդանյան

Այսօր շատ կարեւոր է, որ անցկացնենք նոր նախագահի ընտրությունները եւ շարունակենք Արցախի պետականության կառուցման ճանապարհը. ես վստահ եմ, որ արցախցիները ցույց կտան, որ իրենք շատ պետականամետ են եւ կանեն ամեն ինչ, որ բախում չլինի: Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 9-ին, «Ճակատագրական հանգրվան» խորագրով Ստեփանակերտ- Երևան տեսակամուրջի ժամանակ նշեց հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ, «Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նրան, որ այսօր Արցախի ԱԺ-ն երկրի նոր նախագահ է ընտրելու: 

Վարդանյանն ընդգծեց, որ պատրաստ են համագործակցել Արցախի նոր ընտրվող նախագահի հետ, պատրաստ են նաեւ բանավեճերի. «Նորմալ է, որ լինեն տարբեր կարծիքներ, գլխավորը, որ դա լինի համակարգային, հետեւողական, թափանցիկ, հայրենասիրական եւ մարդկանց մոտ բերի հավատ: Ես վստահ եմ, որ եթե այդ ուղղությամբ նոր ընտրված նախագահը գործի, ամեն ինչ նորմալ է լինելու: Մարդիկ չեն հասկանում, թե ինչ ծանր բեռ է իր վրա վերցնում նոր ընտրված նախագահը, մենք բոլորս պետք է անենք, որ նա հաջողի, որովհետեւ դա Արցախի հաջողությունն է լինելու: Վստահ եմ, որ կունենանք նոր իրավիճակ, երբ ներսում կլինի ուժերի կոնսոլիդացիա, կլինի իսկապես հավատի ու վստահության լավ մթնոլորտ»,-ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով Արցախի նախագահի պաշտոնից Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հրաժարականին, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ասաց. «Մենք երբեք ճնշում չենք գործադրել Արցախի նախագահի վրա, որ հրաժարական տա, դա սուտ է: Մեր պահանջը եղել է, որ Արցախի նախագահի դիրքորոշումը լինի հստակ, ոչ թե տատանողական, երկրորդ, մարդիկ պետք է իմանան այդ որոշման հետեւանքները եւ թե ինչպես է դա իրականացվելու եւ արձագանքեն դրան: Իսկ մեզ համար կարեւորը Լաչինի միջանցքի բացումն է, իսկ Աղդամի ճանապարհը չպետք է բացվի»:

Հարցին, եթե Արցախում ձեւավորվի վարչակազմ, որն ընդդիմախոսում է Երեւանի վարչակազմին, արդյոք որոշակի վտանգներ չեն առաջանա՞:, նա պատասխանեց. «Նախ, Արցախի 95 տոկոսն է ընդդիմախոս Հայաստանի իշխանությանը: Այստեղ կա խորքային խնդիր. Արցախի իշխանությունն  ասում է, որ Արցախը չի կարող լինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, իսկ Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ասում է, որ կարող է լինել»:
