Հայկ Մարությանի՝ գործարարներով համալրված թիմի անդամները պարբերաբար չեն վճարում հարկերն ու տուգանվում են. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Azdarar.am կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Երեւանի ավագանու ընտրություններում «Ազգային առաջընթաց» կուսակցության ընտրացուցակը գլխավորող, քարոզարշավին, իսկ դրանից առաջ բեմերում օրինականությունից եւ կոռուպցիայից խոսող Հայկ Մարությանի ներկայիս թիմակիցները պարբերաբար թաքցրել կամ չեն վճարել հարկերը։ Ընդ որում՝ այդ ամենն արել են նաեւ այն ժամանակ, երբ Երեւանի քաղաքապետը Մարությանն էր։

Արդյունքում նրանք տուգանվել են ՊԵԿ-ի կողմից: Օրինակ՝ ավագանու ընտրացուցակի 10-րդ հորիզոնականում տեղավորված Արամ Թորոսյանը, որ «ԱՍԴԳ» ՍՊԸ տնօրենն է, 2020թ. տուգանվել է այն բանի համար, որ դրան նախորդած տարում չի վճարել 915 հազար դրամի չափով հարկեր։ Մեկ այլ դեպքում էլ 2021թ. հունվարին նա ծանուցվել է 1 մլն 882 հազար դրամի չկատարված հարկային պարտավորություններ ունենալու մասին։

Ընդ որում՝ նա չի վճարել ոչ միայն ԱԱՀ եւ ոչ ռեզիդենտի շահութահարկ, այլեւ սոցիալական վճարներ։ Ըստ ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի՝ 2021թ. ընկերությունն ունեցել է հետեւյալ պարտավորությունները՝

. ԱԱՀ -55971 դրամ, ապառք` 55860 դրամ, տույժ՝ 111 դրամ, որն առաջացել է 2020թ. դեկտեմբեր ամսվա հաշվարկից,

. Ոչ ռեզիդենտի շահութահարկ-12101 դրամ, ապառք` 12077 դրամ, տույժ՝ 24 դրամ, որն առաջացել է 2020թ. շահութահարկի 4-րդ եռամսյակային կանխավճարից,

. Սոցիալական վճար-191156 դրամ, ապառք` 190775 դրամ, տույժ՝ 381 դրամ, որն առաջացել է 2020թ. դեկտեմբեր ամսվա հաշվարկից,

. Եկամտային հարկ-1623438 դրամ, ապառք` 1620198 դրամ, տույժ՝ 3240 դրամ, որն առաջացել է 2020թ. դեկտեմբեր ամսվա հաշվարկից։

Նշենք, որ այս ընկերությունը զբաղվում է ֆիլմարտադրությամբ։
