Պատանեկության ստեղծագործական կենտրոնում նոր բունտ է հասունանում

ArmLur.am-ի խմբագրություն են դիմել Երեւանի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում գործող Պատանեկության ստեղծագործական կենտրոնի աշխատակիցները: Կենտրոնի  խմբավար Սոֆի Հանյանի խոսքով՝ կենտրոնի տնօրեն Նարե Արամյանը շուրջ 10 տարի շարունակ պատշաճ չի վճարում իրենց աշխատավարձերը եւ զբաղվում է անօրինականություններով:

«Նարե Արամյանն ինքնակամ 10 տարի եկել է Պատանեկության ստեղծագործական կենտրոնի տնօրեն, եւ ինչ եկել է, սկսել է մեր աշխատավարձերը չվճարել, դրույքաչափերն եւ արձակուրդայինները, որը հանգեցրել է  նրան, որ արդեն երեք տարի է, ինչ կենտրոնի աշխատակիցների հետ սկսել ենք բողոքել, տարբեր հարթակներով հայտնել մեր դժգոհությունը: Դիմել ենք բոլոր գերատեսչություններին, սակայն հարցն այդպես էլ լուծում չի ստանում: Բոլոր փաստաթղթերը, պայմանագրերը կեղծված են, եւ ամենասարսափելին այն է, որ իրավապահ մարմինները, Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը, վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարը մեր բողոքներին եւ առկա փաստաթղթերին ուշադրություն չեն դարձնում: Մեր կարծիքով՝ Նարե Արամյանը ներքաշված է մեծ կոռուպցիայի մեջ, եւ այդ կոռուպցիայի հիմքում, փաստորեն, տուժում են աշխատակիցները: Կենտրոնի տնօրենը Նարե Արամյանն է՝ Լարիսա Ալավերդյանի դուստրը, եւ մենք մտածում ենք, որ Ալավերդյանի արբանյակներն այնքան շատ են ու ամենուր, որ ազդում է այդ կոռուպցիոն համակարգի վրա, եւ արդեն 10 տարի է, ինչ նորմալ աշխատավարձ չենք ստանում: Բացի այդ, կորել է Պատանեկության ստեղծագործական կենտրոնի բովանդակությունը, կենտրոնում իր հայտնվելուց հետո ամեն բան գլխիվայր շրջվել է: Կենտրոնն ամբողջությամբ ծառայում է այլ նպատակների համար, որը մեզ վրա ահավոր ազդում է: Մենք միայն մի բան ենք ուզում, որ նա այլեւս չաշխատի մեր կենտրոնում»,-մեզ հետ զրույցում պատմում է կենտրոնի խմբավար Սոֆի Հանյանը:

Ըստ մեր զրուցակցի՝ քաղաքապետարանի՝ 2019 թվականի հունիսի 26-ին համապատասխան փաստաթղթով  կասեցվել է Նարե Արամյանի պաշտոնավարութունը, սակայն նա մինչ օրս շարունակում է տնօրինել հաստատությունը։

ArmLur.am-ը զրուցել է նաեւ Պատանեկության ստեղծագործական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Նարե Արամյանի հետ:

«Նախ՝ աշխատավարձերը վճարողը մենք չենք, տվյալ դեպքում վճարում է Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը, եւ յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է ստանա այնքան, որքան պահանջվում է օրենքով: Այդտեղ խախտումներ լինել չեն կարող, քանի որ դա վերահսկվում է առցանց եւ պատկան մարմինների կողմից: Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է աշխատակիցներին վատ վերաբերվելուն, դեռ ոչ մի բողոք չի եղել, եւ աշխատակիցները, կարծում եմ, որ նորմալ աշխատում են, եւ ի տարբերություն բողոքող աշխատողների՝ մնացած բոլորի արդյունավետությունը գնահատվում է բավականին բարձր եւ գնահատվում է ոչ միայն մեր կողմից»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
