Ֆրանսիան արևային կայաններ է ուղարկել հումանիտար բեռի մեջ

Օրեր առաջ Կոռնիձոր ժամանած ֆրանսիական հումանիտար բեռում ոչ միայն սննդամթերք է, այլ առաջին անհրաժեշտության մի շարք իրեր։ Փարիզի քաղաքապետ Անն Իդալգոյի խոսքով՝ բեռի մեջ կա նաև գեներատորներ և արևային կայաններ։ Թերևս առաջին անգամն է, որ Եվրամիության անդամ երկրների իշխանությունները հստակ գիտակցում են արևային էներգիայի կարևորությունը պաշարման մեջ գտնվող Արցախի համար։ Արցախը, որ արդեն ամիսներ շարունակ չի կարողանում էլեկտրաէներգիա ստանալ Հայաստանից բարձրավոլտ մալուխների միջոցով, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը խափանել է դրանց աշխատանքը, այժմ էներգետիկ լրջագույն խնդիրների առջև է կանգնած։

Իհարկե, ֆրանսիական բեռը դեռ չի հասել Արցախ, նույնիսկ մոտավոր ժամկետ էլ հնարավոր չէ նշել, թե երբ կլինի այն Արցախում, սակայն հարկ է ընդգծել այս նախաձեռնության կարևորությունը։ Արցախում շրջափակման պայմաններում արևային էներգիային զարկ տալու միջոցառումները վաղուց էին սկսել, Արցախի զարգացման և անվտանգության ճակատի տարբեր գործիչների նախաձեռնությամբ, տարբեր ուսումնական հաստատությունների վրա տեղադրվել են հնարավոր բոլոր արևային վահանակները, որոնք կային արցախում, ինչն, ի դեպ, զգալիորեն մեղմել է էներգետիկ ճգնաժամը։ Առնվազն մի շարք դեպքերում արցախցիները կարողանում են օգտվել էներգիայից, օգտագործել այդ էներգիան իրենց կարիքների համար։ Այս Արցախի դեպքը վկայում է, թե որքան կարևոր է արևային էներգիայի զարգացումը ոչ միայն Հայաստանում և հենց առաջին հերթին Արցախի համար։

Արևային էներգիայի օգտագործումն առաջին հերթին կախվածության վերացում է և, եթե Արցախն ամբողջությամբ կարողանար ապահովել իր էներգասնուցումն արևային կայաններից, ապա լրջագույն քայլ կատարած կլիներ դեպի էներգետիկ անկախություն։ Բազմիցս նշել ենք, որ էներգետիկ անվտանգությունն այսօր մեծ ազդեցություն է թողնում քաղաքական անկախության վրա։ 21-րդ դարի աշխարհում երկիրը չէր կարող ինքն իրենով անկախ լինել, եթե ապահովված չէ էներգիայով, ռեսուրսներով, սննդով, անվտանգային համակարգերով և էներգիան այս առումով ոչ պակաս նշանակություն ունի։

Հայաստանում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերոթյուն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը»։
