«Վերացնելու ենք համատիրությունները». քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Դավիթ Խաժակյան

Յուրաքանչյուր ամիս Երևանի բնակիչները համատիրություններին վճարում են գումարներ, ինչը սակայն մնում է
անարդյունք։ Տարեկան այդ գումարը կազմում է 4 միլիարդ դրամ, որի 80%-ը ուղղվում է համատիրությունների
աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձերը վճարելուն, այնինչ այդ գումարները պետք է ծառայեն բազմաբնակարան շենքերի
բարեկարգման աշխատանքներին` շքամուտքի վերանորոգում, վերելակ, տանիք, մաքրություն, լուսավորություն։


Նշվածներից ոչ մի աշխատանք պատշաճ չի կատարվում և եթե որևէ բարեկարգում լինում է, ապա դա կատարվում է
բնակիչների միջոցներով։ Այսպիսով, համատիրությունները աշխատանք չեն կատարում, իսկ վճարը չկատարող
բնակիչներից գումարը բռնագանձում են դատական կարգով։
ԼՀԿ քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Դավիթ Խաժակյանը առաջարկում է վերացնել համատիրությունները և բազմաբնակարան
շենքի պահպանման պարտավորությունը դնել ուղիղ քաղաքապետարանի վրա, որը հավաքագրված գումարներով
կիրականացնի շենքերի կապիտալ վերանորոգում։


Դավիթ Խաժակյանը առաջադրվելով Երևանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու (քվեաթերթիկ N11) պնդում է, որ այս
ընտրությունները կարող են վերածվել յուրօրինակ հանրաքվեի՝ համատիրությունները վերացնելու և բազմաբնակարան
շենքերի խնդիրները լուծելու համար։


Խաժակյանը նշում է նաև, որ խոսքը չի վերաբերում նորակառույց շենքերի համատիրություններին, քանի որ այդ շենքերի
բնակիչները իրենք են ձևավորել իրենց համատիրությունները, իրենք են ընտրել ղեկավարին և վերջիններս բարեխղճորեն
են իրականացնում շենքի կառավարումը։
