Անդրեասյանը Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի անձնակազմին է ներկայացրել թատրոնի տնօրեն, դիրիժոր Կարեն Դուրգարյանին

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանն այսօր Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի անձնակազմին է ներկայացրել թատրոնի տնօրեն, դիրիժոր Կարեն Դուրգարյանին:

Նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնում են, որ ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ նախարարը նշել է, որ Կարեն Դուրգարյանին և նրա գործունեությունը ներկայացնելու կարիք չկա, քանի որ մաեստրոն վերջին տարիներին այս պաշտոնի գործառույթներն իրականացրել է . «Ամփոփվել է թատրոնի տնօրենի մրցույթը, և ես վստահ եմ, որ իրավական այս կարգավիճակում մենք կունենանք թատրոնի զարգացման ավելի հստակ հեռանկար: Այն միտումները, որոնք տեսնում էինք վերջին տարիներին, հիմք են հանդիսացել, որպեսզի ներդնենք թատրոնի զարգացման նոր ծրագրեր: Հատկանշական է, որ օպերային թատրոնն առաջին մշակութային հաստատությունն է՝ առաջամարտիկը՝ ֆինանսավորման նոր մոդելի փորձարկման: Այս փորձարկումը հնարավոր է եղել՝ հաշվի առնելով թատրոնի կատարած աշխատանքները, որակական և ֆինանսական ցուցանիշները: Իրականացված աշխատանքները թատրոնի ողջ անձնակազմի համատեղ ջանքերն են պարոն Դուրգարյանի գլխավորությամբ, ինչի համար շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ողջ անձնակազմին»:

Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը հավելել է, որ օպերային թատրոնի աշխատանքի, ներկայացումների որակի մասին հաճախ է լսվում հանրության դրական արձագանքը. «Օպերային թատրոնը կարող է իր հետևից տանել ոլորտը, այսինքն՝ ցույց տալ ճանապարհը և մոդելային դառնալ նաև մյուս հաստատությունների համար: Մենք կարող ենք դարձնել թատրոնը հետաքրքիր, որակյալ և պահանջված՝ հանդիսատեսի կողմից: Այստեղ մենք տեսնում ենք լեփլեցուն դահլիճներ: Հենց այս արդյունքն է, որ մեզ թույլ է տալիս օպերային թատրոնում փորձարկելու ֆինանսավորման նոր մոդելը, որը հնարավորություն է ընձեռելու բարելավելու թատրոնի պայմանները: Վստահ եմ, որ այդ աշխատանքը լինելու է շարունակական, և մենք գրանցելու ենք նորանոր հաջողություններ»:

Նախարարը հաջողություն է մաղթել թատրոնի տնօրեն Կարեն Դուրգարյանին՝ անձնակազմի հետ աշխատանքում և նշել, որ պետությունը մշտապես լինելու է օպերային թատրոնի կողքին՝ կարգավորելու բոլոր խնդիրները:

Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ միասնական աշխատանքով օպերային թատրոնի գործունեության նորանոր հաջողություններն ուրախացնելու են բոլորին՝ առաջին հերթին հանդիսատեսին: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ի վերջո, որակյալ մշակույթին հաղորդակցվելը հասարակության համար կդառնա կյանքի կարևոր կենսակերպ:

Ա. Սպենդիարյանի անվան օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնի տնօրեն Կարեն Դուրգարյանն էլ իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել թատրոնի աշխատակազմին՝ շեշտելով, որ արձանագրված բարձր ցուցանիշները յուրաքանչյուրի կատարած աշխատանքի հանրագումարն է:
