ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու օգոստոսի 24-ին տեղի ունեցած 18-ամյա երիտասարդի սպանության հանգամանքները:

2023թ. օգոստոսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 01։20-ին, «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել հիշյալ երիտասարդը, ով, վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքում գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Անհետաձգելի քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2023թ. օգոստոսի 24-ին՝ ժամը 00։30-ի սահմաններում, 18-ամյա երիտասարդը և մի խումբ անձինք հանդիպել են Երևան քաղաքի Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյան փողոցի հարակից զբոսայգում՝ ժամեր առաջ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ ստանալու նպատակով: Խոսակցության ընթացքում հիշյալ անձանցից մեկը սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիքով դիտավորությամբ հարվածել է երիտասարդի կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի վնասվածք:

Կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ, նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել են մեկ տասնյակից ավելի անձինք։
